A small nuzzle awakens the female sabertooth (her new names seka) "Mmmm....what" she states quietly.
"Time to go seka" A male gray lion said,his name was Dear,and he was her brother. Getting up she adjust the cubs waking them up,at the same time a gunshot is heard.

I heard the gunshot and heard mum tense,so I opened my eyes and got up on my wobbly eyes,at the same time feeling me and my sister,as well as some other cubs being picked up.I could tell this wasn't mother because the fangs were larger and if had a more uneven stride. I finally opened my eyes all the way and saw mother,dead,by some other females. I helped and started thrashing to no use,me and the othr cubs were whisked away, while the tree that was supposedly there safe haven was burnt down,and blood was splattered.
