I was feeling hungry so I entered the kitchen in hope to find maa

But who is she

I stood there for sometimes for not figuring out who it was I went forward

And she turned

It was her

A red saree, wet hairs, tied in a bun

That unknown sensation washed down my body again

The urge to tug that piece of hair behind her ear took over

I was going to do that but I came to my senses and stromed out of the kitchen

Ahhh!! This frustration

I can't!

It can't!

I went towards the dining area and sat on my respective chair

Then grandpa came and greeted me and sat at the other side of the table

‘ aj ki party ma tum ko sab samhal na beta tumhe pata ha kyu ' ( son you need to take care of everything you know why) he said

‘ dadu you don't need to take tension about it I will take care of it ' I said

He hummed

‘ bhaiya wo ‘ bhat kapor ' kab hoga? ' ( brother when the ‘ bhat kapor will be) kitik asked

‘ I. Don't. Know' I said

‘ kuch pata vi hota ha lemme grab my breakfast I'm hungry' ( do you know anything) he said and got up from his chair

‘ ruko beti a rhi ha khana leke' ( stop daughter is coming with food)ma said

She cooked it all?

She knows how to make food?

These questions gathered in my mind

‘ agyi ma '( I'm here) she said

‘ let me serve the food ' ma said

She nodded

‘ first baba you eat and tell how is it ' ma said

‘ nhi nhi uski pati yeha ha  usko chakhau phela  ' ( no no her husband is here let him taste it first) he said while passing the khir

Khir?

I tasted it with any argument

Woww..

It is tasty..

She can cook well

‘ how is it? ' ma asked

I just hummed

‘ what ‘ hum' kesa ha? ' ( how is it)she said

‘ accha ha' ( good) I said

She looked relived

' Ye santi sada time nhi rehne dunga don't worry janeman ' ( don't worry janeman I'll make sure that this relive doesn't stay for long) I thought to myself

I stood up and started to walk towards my room

‘ kaha toh kha le ' ( eat the food) ma yelled

‘ I save some work to do mom ' I said and went..

When I turned around I saw HIM

Close to me

Actually so close that we were breathing in the same air

My breathe started heaving up

His was close to my face

I closed my eyes in nervousness

After some moments I heard a noise and realized he was gone

My mind was cloudy with lots of questions

But I choose to concentrate on the cooking

After finishing it I grabbed it to the dining area where dadu forced him to eat it

My heart was beating so fast

If he doesn't like it

‘ accha ha' ( it's good) he said

Realization washed down my body

Then he went upstairs

I was happy so much but then his dadi entered

‘ kiya hua itna kush ' ( what happened to be this much happy) she asked ma

‘ nothing just just yash like the khir she made ' ma said

‘ let me taste it ' she said and and fill her mouth with a full spoon of khir

‘ too sweet' she said while making a face

‘ it's oky ' ma whispered in my ear

I hummed

Then all the family members came and sat

I served them all and they all complimented my khir

I was so happy

‘ beti jau jau ab ready ready ho jau ' ( go and get ready quickly) ma said out of blue

‘ for what ma ' I asked confusedly

‘ bhat kapor' she pushed me towards her room

I smiled at her lovely, caring  behavior towards me

I laughed and went towards her room

When a message popped in my phone

The message...
