ROLES
Guide Leader:
A Guide Leader is the leader of the group. They make all the decisions and plan out things for the group. Nobody is allowed to overthrow the Guide Leader, even if that Guide Leader is horrible.
Guide Leader Advisor:
A Guide Leader Advisor is basically the second in command. They help the Guide Leader with absolutely anything. If the Guide Leader passes, they take over as the new Guide Leader.
Medics:
The Healers of the group. They take care of everyone's wounds and sicknesses. They cannot kill a cat purposefully or else they will be murdered.
Collectors:
The providers of the group. They collect all sorts of things to help with the group. They gather food, weapons, equipment for heavy storms, etc. The Guide Leader Advisor is the head collector, even though they don't usually do that sort of thing.
Head Protector:
The head leader of guarding the Guide Leader. They also are the head soldier, sort of like a lieutenant or general of all the soldiers. There can only be up to 2 Head Protectors. In order to become one, one must prove their worth to both the current Head Protector and the Guide Leader. If said Head Protector passes, the Guide Leader chooses a new one.
Protectors:
The soldiers and guards of the group. They protect the group from possible threats and dangers at the cost of their lives. They wear coconut armor to protect themselves from enemies.
Teachers:
The ones who train the trainees. They teach all their knowledge down to trainees so they can decide what they want to do with their lives. They are taught how to both be a good collector and a good protector. Once finished training a trainee, they can choose to pick a normal job or stay as a teacher.
Trainees:
Young cats who learn how to adapt and train to become hardworking adults. They start their training at 5 months old and are assigned a Teacher to teach them stuff. Once the trainee finishes training (Which they finish around 12-20 months old or whenever they feel ready to start working), they get to choose their job. In order for a trainee to start working, they have to pass 3 assessments. If they fail all 3, they cannot pass onto a job. If they pass all 3, they can choose their job.
Kit Carriers:
Mothers who are expecting or already have kits. There can also be male Kit Carriers who take over the role as "mother" so the female can continue with her duties.
Ancients:
Older members of the group that have retired from old age or permanent injuries that effected their job.
