I was getting married to none other than Dev Raghuvanshi my soon-to-be husband...He is a well known CEO of Raghuvanshi's Enterprises....
I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't heard the knock...When I snapped to reality, I saw my elder brother standing and looking at me through the mirror....
"Ruhi bachha kitni pyari lag rhi ho tum" (Ruhi,Child you are looking so beautiful)Rohit said and I got tears in my eyes....I agreed to this marriage after my father words....But the thing is I have always been scared of men's but my only brother was my comfort zone.... "Maa kitni khush hoti terko aaise dekhke"(Mom would have been so happy to see you like this) Remembering about my mother I hugged my brother and cried....Few minutes later my brother pulled away and said "Don't worry i promise he will take good care of you, just like I did" There was a knock and my best friend came inside...My brother looked at her and quickly removed his gaze and he blushed.... "Mein chalta hun tu aa inke saath" (I am going you come with her) After he left I looked at my best friend ,She was looking at me and said "Aaj toh jiju pighal jaynge"(Jiju will be melted after seeing you) but I didn't looked happy and faked a smile.....
"It's time for the wedding...let's go" We departed from my room to mandap.

The Mandap (Aisle) was decorated beautifully.
I didn't dared to look at him, I was more scared than nervous and as much as I got closer to him. I was told by Pandit ji [Priest] to sit beside him and I did as he told me to.
The wedding rituals started and respectively to perform all the rituals I kept my hand on his.

I was so nervous that I stopped breathing for some time. Now it was time for him to fill Vermillion in my head.

A pinch of vermilion fell on my nose and everyone clapped saying it's auspicious for the vermillion to fell on the bride's nose as a sign of happy marriage life.
