"Sarah-Ann" I say as I took my baby girl in my arms. So beautiful, so fragile. "I-I love you (Y-Y/N)" Toby tells me. Now we're one big happy family.

(Y/N) and Sarah-Ann together, I'm so lucky. I love both of them so much!

The nurses took away Sarah-Ann and left me to rest. "I-I'm so p-proud of you (Y/N)" Toby says "Thank you honey" I say as I stroke his cheek. "I need to rest" I say, he climbs in the bed and lays down with me. I fall asleep.
