As Amelia and Caleb found themselves lying on the cold cavern floor, their bodies tangled together from the fall, a sense of disorientation washed over them. The impact had knocked the wind out of them, leaving them dazed and vulnerable in the darkness.

Amelia groaned softly as she tried to sit up, her head spinning from the sudden descent into the depths below. "Caleb?" she called out, her voice trembling with fear as she reached out in the darkness.

"Caleb!" she cried out, reaching out desperately for him as she was pulled away from him. But her words fell on deaf ears as the figures disappeared into the shadows, taking her with them and leaving Caleb alone in the cavern.

For a moment, Caleb stood frozen in shock, his mind reeling from the sudden turn of events. But as the reality of Amelia's abduction sank in, a fierce determination ignited within him, driving him forward with a single purpose: to find her and bring her back safely, no matter the cost.
