Rule n° 1 : The Swelve?

1)   First thing to do if you really want your life to change to the better is the swelve~

Now, what is the swelve ?

Sleep at maximum 12 and wake up at maximum 7 , that's the Swelve .

To stay up late is very unhealthy physically and mentally , it will cause tiredness and laziness as well.
And in tomorrow, it's very hard to wake up early, which will make you feel like if you lost your day

Try your best from Monday to Friday to do the Swelve , in the Saturday and Sunday consider yourself free so that you won't feel tied up by the system

The swelve will allow you to have enough sleep that won't be less than 7 hours

Some people will disagree with me by saying that sleeping at 00:00 is already late , how can it be healthy ?

Excuse me, but there are married women who come from their work at 21:00 or 20:00 so do you expect from them to sleep at 22:00?
How can they have time with their husbands then .
Or with their kids
Or with themselves.

There are students who spend whole nights to study because from 8 am to 6 pm they are at school and this includes many countries, many hours at school
So do u think 3 hours can be enough for them to study , for many of them it is not enough

So basically if it is possible for you to sleep earlier than 00:00 that's even better and great ! You will be with good energy and enough sleep

And if you can wake up before 7 that's really cool and even better

But you should always make sure to have 7 hours of sleep at least !
That's the least thing that u should give to your body as a right.

Let me give u some benefits of having a good sleep : ✨️ (7-9 h of sleep ) no more _ no less

.having a better skin

.your immune system will strengthen

. No more hormones troubles

Get sick less often

Stay at a healthy weight

Lower your risk for serious health problems, like diabetes and heart disease 

Reduce stress and improve your mood

Think more clearly and do better in school and at work

Get along better with people

Make good decisions and avoid injuries — for example, drowsy drivers cause thousands of car accidents every year


CONCLUSION : 💄

The swelve means : Sleep at maximum 00:00 , wake up at at maximum 7:00 am.

Do not have less than 7 hours of sleep 🚫 that will cause tiredness / laziness

Do not have more than 10 hours of sleep ⚠️ because that will cause obesity/fatness. And a bad mood too without realizing that.

You are allowed to have a nap in the middle of the day but make sure it won't exceed 2h.✨️

Either you are a worker / a student / a married woman / a mom / a girl
Try your best to follow the swelve
Or the rule of ( minimum 7 hours of sleep and maximum 10 hours of sleep)

It's always good to sleep early and wake up early
But maximum of sleeping early is 00:00 if u exceed it it's called ( I slept late )
And maximum wake up at 7:00 , if u exceed it its called ( I woke up late ).
