The meeting with the coordination and sound equipment and DJ with the dodgers yesterday went smooth.
Arrived to the meeting room introduction Rosales family provided them an outline very straightforward with lots of details.
Sunday evening may 5 after the game they are going to have a full rehearsal from start to finish with horses etc
May 6 after the game they are gonna another run down
May 7 in the morning afternoon just vocal rehearsals.
Gonna give them a section of the parking with the trailers of horses set up etc met with grounds crew that they are going to have lots of volunteers 200 of them so may 7 morning have both teams do BP warm up.
Dodgers sound equipment asked if they knew how to fix the delay in microphone and they said Belle is a experts and Sunday they are going to install new sound speakers just for Tuesday game
They said they are ready and so they gave the family a tour of the sound room
Mentioned about walkie communication so they are going to bring their set up and share with the dodgers equipment
