Time & The Rani

Last time, the Doctor and his companions encountered some monster plants on a ship that was heading for a black hole. They managed to escape, but then some beam from a planet called Lakertya hits the TARDIS, damaging the ship in the process, knocking out the companions, and caused the Doctor to regenerate as the beam was deadly to Time Lords. Now, the TARDIS makes a crash landing on the planet Lakertya, and it wasn't long before the doors were opened, and in came the Rani, the Master, and the Demon trio. Rani: "Ha!, looks like my little laser did the trick." Master: "A weapon that can only be created by a mind as sharp and lovely as yours." ScreamClaw: "Enough with the flirting, let's just get the brats and get their souls." Rani: "All in good time boys... but first... I have an interest on the Doctor... and that pink cat friend of his." ThunderSmacker: "What do you need her for?" SpaceWarp: "Y-y-yeah...?" Rani: "Her mind is capable of using psychic powers... I must learn the secret to it... and then I could use that power for my future experiments..." Master: "Ah yes... not to mention that she'll make a good bargaining chip to convince this lot to do what we say." Rani: "Yes... but never mind that, let's just get them to our base." said the Rani, before she and the other villains take the group of time travelers to their base. Once they got to their base, the Doctor, (played by Sylvester McCoy) now in his seventh life, was beginning to wake up and noticed that he was strapped to a table. Doctor: "What in... where am I?... what happened?" Master: "Ah... so you're finally awake." Doctor: "The Master?!, what are you doing here?!... come to think of it... where is here?" Rani: "You're on the planet Lakertya, and you and your companions are the newest additions to my collection of test subjects for my experiments." Doctor: "Not if I have something to say or do about it." ScreamClaw: "Don't waste your energy, you won't break free, those straps are strong enough to hold an elephant." ThunderSmacker: "Speaking of which... where is the hyena boy with the green shirt?" SpaceWarp: "W-w-what do you mean?" ScreamClaw: "Didn't you put him in the containment unit?" ThunderSmacker: "I did... but he's gone... and so are the other brats..." Rani: "What?!, how did they escape?!" asked the Rani in a demanding tone, before Gidget and the other Toon kids appeared out of nowhere, much to everyone's surprise. Gidget: "Uh oh..." Tommy: "You could say that again..." Melody: "We teleported in front of the bad guys..." Jokey: "Run...?" Jokeo: "Run..." so with that, the Toon kids begin to make a run for it, trying to escape from the Demon trio, the Master and the Rani, who were all now chasing the little group of time travelers. While the kids and villains were running around, Mel was looking around to see where she was, before seeing some people trapped inside some containment units, before noticing one of the prisoners was looking very familiar. Mel: "No way... is that... Albert Einstein?!" Doctor: "Wait... the Albert Einstein?, how could that be?" asked the Doctor, before Mel went over to him. Mel: "Who are you?" Doctor: "Mel... it's me... the Doctor." Mel: "You can't be him, you look nothing like him." Doctor: "What?, wait... do you remember what happened before being here?" Mel: "Well... I was in the TARDIS with the Doctor and the kids... there was some sort of laser hitting us... after that... nothing... everything went black..." Doctor: "Laser... wait... I remember now!, that laser was deadly to Time Lords... so then that means... do you have a mirror?" Mel: "Yeah..." said Mel, before she takes out a little mirror from her pocket and shows the Doctor his reflection on it. Doctor: "Oh no... it's no wonder my memory is a little fuzzy... and why you don't recognize me... the laser must have killed me enough to trigger my regeneration..." Mel: "Regeneration?" Doctor: "Yes... when a Time Lord's body gets worn out... he or she regenerates into a new body... which is how we live for so long..." Mel: "How do I know if you're really the Doctor?, I mean you could be lying." Doctor: "Mel... check my pulse... it should prove I'm a Time Lord..." said the Doctor, before Mel did just that, and she takes another look at him. Mel: "Oh my gosh... it really is you... Doctor... thank goodness... but still... I can't believe you changed... I mean you're wearing the same clothes but..." Doctor: "Oh yes... I should probably get a new attire... but first... we gotta save the kids." Mel: "Wait... they're in trouble?!" asked Mel, before the Toon kids came to the scene, followed by the villains. Rani: "Well... if it isn't the annoying red head." Mel: "Wait... you're the Rani!, and the Master!... and... you three..." ScreamClaw: "Hey!, we got names too!" ThunderSmacker: "What?!, you can remember them but not us?!" SpaceWarp: "Oh... n-n-no fair..." Master: "Never mind that, we got you all cornered..." Gidget: "Do you really?" asked Gidget, before she uses her psychic powers to teleport herself, her friends, the Doctor and Mel out of the lair, much to the villains' dismay. Rani: "Ah!, that little brat!" ScreamClaw: "Guess we probably should have seen that coming..." ThunderSmacker: "You could say that again..." SpaceWarp: "Y-y-yeah... what you said..." Master: "Never mind that, after them!" ordered the Master, before he and the Rani and the Demon trio begin their search for the time travelers. Speaking of which, they managed to get teleported in front of the TARDIS, and tried to get inside, but once they did, they were surprised. For it seems that the TARDIS has made it's interior to regenerate like the Doctor did, as the interior was now looking like a library with some steal pillars around the console. Mel: "Oh my..." Doctor: "My word... looks like I wasn't the only thing that has changed..." Melody: "Wow... it looks... amazing..." Tommy: "Well it's certainly got bigger... that's for sure..." Jokey: "As if it wasn't big enough to begin with..." Jokeo: "Yeah..." Gidget: "Now what?" Doctor: "Well... first thing at the moment... I should get some new clothes..." said the Doctor, before he goes off to the TARDIS wardrobe, and begins to search for a new attire for his new body. A few moment later, the Doctor comes back to show the group that he was now wearing an ivory safari jacket, a white shirt that's under a sweater that has a lot of question marks on it, tweed plaid trousers and a panama cap, while holding a black umbrella with a question mark shaped handle. Mel: "Wow... that looks good on you." Doctor: "Yes, it's good to know that I got my proper taste of fashion back... that last version of me had no taste at all..." Gidget: "Well... I wouldn't say that, he was nice... once we got used to him... even though you and he were the same guy." Jokey: "Yeah, you're still him in a way, like all the other versions before him too." Mel: "Wait... other versions?, how many versions of him were there?" Tommy: "Um... let's see... the last version was number 6... which makes this one the seventh... so there were 6 other versions before him." Mel: "Really?, how many times can he change?" Doctor: "About 13, for a Time Lord has 13 lives... and now I'm on my seventh life." Gidget: "Well... now that the Doctor and the TARDIS are all better... we should get out of here." Mel: "We can't... while we were in that base... I saw Albert Einstein being held prisoner." Doctor: "Oh that's right!, I almost forgotten about him!" Tommy: "Albert Einstein?!" Melody: "He's here?!, and the Master, the Rani and the Demon trio have him?!" Mel: "I'm afraid so..." Doctor: "We must rescue him at once, who knows what damage could those fiends could do with him as their prisoner." Jokey: "So this means..." Jokeo: "We have to go back..." so with that, the group went out of the TARDIS, and went back to the hideout of the villains, who were still outside in search for the time travelers. It wasn't long before the Doctor and his companions managed to find Mr Einstein, and with the help of his sonic screwdriver, the Doctor was able to free the man, and soon the group went to carry the man out of the hideout and rushed back to the TARDIS as fast as they can. While on the way, they encountered some aliens that looked like humans but with green skin and scales, who happened to be the people of the planet, and they were trying to fight the Rani and the other villains for the freedom of their planet. It was the people of Lakertya that warned the Doctor and his companions about the traps that the Rani had set up, which allowed them to avoid falling into them without any trouble. Though that doesn't mean they didn't ran into any trouble at all, as it wasn't long before the Rani, the Master, and the Demon trio showed up, ready to attack the time travelers. However, the people of planet Lakertya showed up and went to attack the villains, who were forced to retreat to the Rani's TARDIS, which soon vanished without a trance. After saying goodbye to the people of the planet, the Doctor and his companions went back to the TARDIS, where they put Albert Einstein in so they can take back to his original place and time. Once they got the old man back home, the Doctor and his companions finally got a chance to take some deep sighs in relief. Doctor: "There... everything's back to the way they should..." Mel: "Wow... that was amazing... being on an alien planet and meeting Albert Einstein on the same trip..." Doctor: "I know... not a bad start on my seventh life here." Tommy: "And not only that, we got a new TARDIS interior..." Gidget: "Yeah, and it looks really nice too." Melody: "I can't wait to look at all the books here..." Jokey: "I don't know about you, but this interior looks more like a home than the last two versions were." Jokeo: "Yeah... it's like someplace you can really live in..." Doctor: "Oh come on, the TARDIS has always been a good place to live in... even before having this interior." Mel: "Maybe... but you got to admit, this interior is really amazing." Doctor: "Yes... it certainly does look nice... now then... time to set off to a new place to visit, shall we?" Tommy: "Sure thing." Melody: "Here we go!" so with that, the TARDIS sets off to travel in the Time Vortex again, and the adventures of the Seventh Doctor was only just beginning.
