Chapter 15

The sun rises and peeks through the blinds. It shines in dogday's eyes, causing him to groan, and he rubs his eyes

Catnap spoons him from behind purring and he starts giving dogday licks on his neck causing him to open his eyes, 'yes I love you too cupcake' he rubs catnaps face which causes him to nuzzle against dogday's hand. Dogday sits up and stretches groaning loud, 'Oh God, I'm hungover!' He slumps forward and looks to his side, seeing catnap laying on his side, and he has a beautiful purple ethereal glow to him along with stars

Dogday's eyes sparkle, 'I don't know if it's because I'm hungover, but you look ethereal this morning theo'

Catnap holds his hand out, which dogday takes, catnap pulls him in closer, and whispers into dogday's ear, 'I never loved you' before catnap reveals rows of canine teeth, which he uses to bite into dogday's shoulder

Dogday wakes up gasping and breathing heavily, his eyes darting around the dark room. He looks down and sees catnap peacefully asleep on him. He reaches for his phone, and he checks the time seeing its four fifty-eight in the morning. He pants heavily, and his heart is pounding a thousand beats a second

Catnap hears and feels his pounding heart which causes him to wake up and he looks at dogday with a look of concern, 'he gently taps dogdays chest causing him to jumps surprised and to look at catnap, 'Oh I'm sorry cupcake' he hugs catnap nuzzling him, 'I didn't mean to wake you, I just had a nightmare is all, you can go back to bed I just need some fresh air'

Dogday gently picks up catnap and goes to set him on the bed but he clings to dogday while whimpering, dogday sighs softly, 'alright Theo you can join me' he carries catnap outside on their balcony where two chairs are set up next to each other along with a telescope

Dogday sits in one of the chairs and he sets catnap on his lap while they both look up at the stars, 'I had a nightmare where you said you never loved me before you- um' he looks confused which makes catnap tilt his head confused himself

Dogday rubs his shoulder, 'you had dog teeth for some reason, and you tore my shoulder out, which is what woke me up'

Catnap does sign language, 'nightmare dogday?'

Dogday puts his hand on catnap's cheek, 'it probably is, our nightmares are trying to damage our relationship but we won't let them win again, I will stand by your side no matter what because I love you more then anything theo. You're my world, and I'm nothing without you'

Catnap wraps his tail around dogday, and he starts signing, 'I will always love you, Sam, and I'll sacrifice myself if it comes down to protecting you'

Dogday cups his hands over catnaps, and he looks sad, 'please don't ever do that again theo. I don't ever want to lose you again, how about we spend the whole day together? Just the two of us' dogday looks concerned and scared

Catnap smiles and nods, starting to lick dogdays cheek excited

The sun comes up, and the two are asleep on the balcony. Dogday wakes up and blinks slowly, rubbing his eyes, 'mmm...' he stretches and looks down seeing catnap asleep with his head on his lap

Catnap slowly wakes up and looks up at dogday, the two smile at each other and they go downstairs and to the kitchen, dogday turns on the coffee machine while catnap starts his tea kettle, 'Hey theo, what would you like for breakfast?' Dogday asks while digging through the fridge

Catnap points at him while smirking, which causes dogday to laugh, 'pfft! No cupcake, you need real food, and if you're good~' he moves closer spooning catnap from behind and he leans in close so his mouth his next to his ear, 'I'll bake you some cookies~ "He whispers to catnap causing his face to light up bright, and he tackles dogday down purring loudly while nuzzling him
