When it was Lucy's due date everyone was waiting patiently. It was an evening , Lucy and Tim were watching Top chef when Lucy got up to drink something .

" Oww " Lucy said
" What ! Everything ok ? " Tim said protective
Tim stood up and went to Lucy

" MY WATER BROKE !! " Lucy almost screamed
" Ok . Umm I'll get Mira and I'll call  Angela " Tim said trying to stay calm

" Could you get me some more water ? " Lucy asked ,you could hear the pain in her voice

Lucy just nodded trying to hold down another contraction when suddenly Lucy's mom came in
" Mom ? " Lucy asked suprised
" Lucy why didn't you tell me that you were pregnant . " she said
" Hello to you too " Lucy said being immediately annoyed
" Giving birth alone . You're a disgrace
" Mom I have a partner " Lucy said defending herself
" So if you do where is he ? " She asked
" Umm . He's outside " she answered
" Yeah right . Nobody wants a police officer as a partner  " Lucy's mother scoffed
" I have a partner !! " Lucy said angrily
" Sorry a police officer with Anger issues " she joked
Lucy had tears in her eyes . Why was she such an disgrace to her parents ? Then Tim came back and saw Lucy's mom and Lucy in tears
" Aooww " Lucy screamed in pain
Tim ran to her
"So you do have a partner."Lucy's mom said
" I toowwld you " Lucy said . She wwas holding back another  contraction
" So haaving kids before marriage." She said
Then Tim said " Exuse me ? I'm her husband ."
" Mom I need you to go now . " Lucy said frustrated
Lucy's mother rolled her eyes and went home . The minute she left Lucy broke down crying in Tim's arms . Tim comforted her and gave her a long kiss on her forehead . Then the doctor came in , Lucy gave birth to a beatiful baby girl . They named her May Chen Bradford . Lucy returned back to work a month later .
