Drishti's pov

I was in the kitchen making khir for my first rasoi

Singhania family isn't here yet and well even though kalpana aunty said she would help but I am good at cooking, I don't need her help

I was almost done with everything when I heard bell

I looked at rani, our maid and said “go open the door must be singhania family”

She nodded at went and I also went to hall as I was done with everything

I went and touched elders feet

“kalpana anuty I have already cooked so you all seat I'll be back in few minutes” I said and turned towards rani

“go call rudra and then serve everything” I whispered to her and went to my room

I changed into a beautiful saree and did some minimal makeup, as I was satisfied with my look I went downstairs to see rudra and whole singhania family seating on the dinning table

I sat beside rudra and Dadisa said

I waited for everyone to have there first bite and give there review, it's not like I am dying to get compliments but that's a ritual and maasa use to tell me about this a lot

“Drishti, beta ap toh saksath annpurna hai” Dad said I mean rudra's dad

I looked at rudra who was silently eating he didn't even looked up for once but who cares let him be the way he wants to be until it doesn't effect me

“Where are you going” I asked

“That has nothing to do with you” he replied

“Drop that attitude of yours, don't forget that you are married now and your wife isn't some road side Begger but Ceo of Thakur hospitality, so think twice before behaving that way to me” I said, I was being nothing but sweet to him but seems like he isn't use to this sweetness

“listen I don't give a fuck where you go but you are going outside for the first time after marriage and there must be media if you are going to office and I don't want to give them any new topic to gossip, It already took me a hour to delete your relationship news from everywhere, so for now don't create a new problem” I said, What the hell he thinks of himself
