🎵 And I'd give up forever to touch you, 'cause I know that you feel me somehow
You're the closest to heaven that I'll ever be and I don't wanna go home right now
🎵

"Daniel," his name uttered by her husky voice sounded like melody. And she looked as one, too. He felt like seeing sun for the first time.

"My Mabel. Mine," he whispered before wrapping her in his arms.

Besides guitar there could be heard loud sobs. Both lovers, entangled in each other's arms, were letting their emotions free.

Mabel couldn't believe it. Of course, in the deepest darkest corner of her heart she hoped for happily ever after. But the other part of her, pragmatic one, just smirked at the idea. No one would leave such perfect lifestyle to join her. No one would ... for her?  No matter how loved by Daniel she was before, Mabel still thought of herself as nobody. And with his departure, she just solidified the idea of being totally unlovable and walls around her grew rapidly.

But now, he stood there, flesh and blood. She didn't even notice his face enough, just the strenght and security his body offered her was more then enough in that moment. Mabel felt Daniel's hot tears in her hair, making their way to her scalp. He cried and softly laughed at the same time, emotions overcoming him like crazy.

🎵  And all I can taste is this moment and all I can breathe is your life
And sooner or later, it's over, I just don't wanna miss you tonight
🎵

She was there, carefully resting in his arms. Mabel, his one and only.

Formerly black, now slightly red hair, shoulder lenght, smelled like the most delicate apple. How he missed the smell!

He slowly straightened fingers to trace lines of her tattoos. There were some new ones he didn't know yet. And all he hoped for in that moment was to get to know them.

She pulled herself away just enough to examine his face. Freshly thirty-seven and so handsome, even more then before. Mabel quietly admired few grey hairs on the sides of his cut, couldn't help but smile through tears. And there were even more tiny wrinkles around his eyes and corners of mouth.

"You're so beautiful," Mabel sighed with such adoration, it made Daniel cry and laugh more. Her voice, the way she spoke, how her mouth formed those words and they belonged to him, only him.

"Don't cry," she smiled as he wiped the tear stream from her face, "rather kiss me."

As if hundreds, thousands or even millions fireworks erupted everywhere around them and in them.

From slow to passionate to hungry to lingering.

🎵 And I don't want the world to see me, 'cause I don't think that they'd understand
When everything's made to be broken, I just want you to know who I am
🎵

"How did you know I was here?" Mabel sat up and Daniel lovingly caressed her curves. They were making love the whole night. And they weren't planning to stop.

"Uh, well, I called Leah. After you texted me. And I wanted to ask her about you, but I basically broke down and cried for like five minutes until she stopped me. And then she yelled at me and cursed at me and then she broke down as well and told me everything. I mean, from her point of view, of course. And then she gave me coordinates. So ... I came. I couldn't bare to not be with you. I ... I was such an asshole, Mabel."
