Veronique's P.O.V
My belly's now very big. Graham's taking a break for 2 weeks now.
Today's my bday, but Graham's been gone for a while.
I guess no one would care, especially since I'm an orphan.
Graham's P.O.V
I was in the garden, planning my wife's surprise with Rhody, Lazuli, Zulema, Jade, and Kanika.
"I hope this will make Veronique happy." I said
"Don't worry" Rhody put up the banners.
"This will be a baby shower and a birthday party." Zulema said
"Already done, now let's get Veronique." Lazuli said
"Let me just get her." I said
I went back to the mansion to get Veronique in the garden for her surprise.
Veronique's P.O.V
I was in my room sadly sitting on my bed, because no one would care about my birthday.
Suddenly, Gray knocked and told me to go to the garden.
"Babe, can you go to the garden?" Gray asked
"Sure." I said
Gray and I went to the garden and at first, I saw nothing.
And then, Lazuli, Rhody, Jade, Zulema and Kanika popped up.
"Surprise!" They all said
I was amazed by the tables and food that they prepared.
"Kanika? Lazuli? Rhody? Zulema? Jade? You came?" I excitedly asked
"Yeah, we can't just let our friend's birthday be skipped, especially if you're very pregnant." Kanika said
"So, do you like it?" Rhody asked me
"It's wonderful, I can't believe you planned all of this." I praised
"Gray did help too." Lazuli said
"Really? You shouldn't do that." I hugged Gray
"All for you, babe." He replied
"Now, shall we eat, love?" I asked
"Sure." Gray replied
I can't believe I met my old friends again.
We all ate.
"So, Veronique, any good news?" Kanika asked
"My baby's really growing." I showed them my baby bump
"Wow!" Lazuli said
"So, Veronique, wanna have some pizza there?" Rhody asked
"Sure." I answered
I went to get a pizza slice. The pizza was so good.
"Yummy pizza! Where did you get it?" I asked
"Just ordered from some pizza restaurant." Rhody answered
After we all ate, Kanika showed me some baby posters and I was amazed by the posters that I thanked all of them.
