He's just AUDHD(Autism & ADHD) I think- 
dudes only love is food- so I just headcanon he's AroAce or he's just Mario and just loves his food- idk tbh. 
he's 5'4 (lmao short boi- )
He uses humor as a coping mechanism (dude is traumatized from shit- ) 
He also vocal stims when he's bored and will just be really load. 

I honestly don't have much headcanons for this fat Italian man-  
I have kept some of my old headcanons for him tbh, I kind of headcanon him as trans(ftm) but idk, so I'll just say trans (ftm) :D 

Meggy and SMG4 are like his siblings to him, he really cares about Luigi, but he just has a hard time showing how he cares.
