draco's pov

Draco leaned against the cool stone wall of the Hogwarts corridor, waiting for Dorothea to arrive. They had agreed to meet for a study session, but as he watched students pass by, he found himself more nervous than he had expected. When he finally spotted her approaching, he couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. Dorothea looked stunning as always, her dark hair cascading over her shoulders, and her eyes sparkling with intelligence."Hey, Dragon," she greeted him with a warm smile, closing the distance between them."Hi" he replied, trying to sound casual. "Ready to study?""Definitely," she said, her eyes lighting up with enthusiasm. "I brought my notes from class. I thought we could go over them together."They found a secluded spot in the library and spread out their books and parchments. As they delved into the material, Draco found himself enjoying their study session more than he had anticipated. Dorothea had a way of explaining things that made them seem so simple, and he found himself understanding the subject matter better than ever before. As the evening wore on, they took a break and headed to the Great Hall for dinner. Draco couldn't help but notice the way Dorothea's eyes lit up when she talked about her favorite subjects, or the way she laughed at his jokes. After dinner, they decided to take a walk around the grounds. The air was crisp and cool, and the stars shone brightly overhead. Draco found himself opening up to Dorothea in a way he never had with anyone else. He told her about his fears and ambitions, and she listened attentively, offering words of encouragement. As they reached the edge of the Forbidden Forest, Draco hesitated, unsure if he should go any further. But Dorothea took his hand in hers, giving him the courage to take a few steps into the darkness."Thank you," he said, turning to look at her. "For everything."Dorothea smiled, squeezing his hand gently. "Anytime, Draco. I'm here for you."As they stood there, bathed in the moonlight, Draco realized that he had never felt this way about anyone before. He knew then that Dorothea was more than just a friend – she was someone he could trust and rely on, someone he could see himself falling in love with. And as they walked back to the castle, hand in hand, Draco couldn't help but feel hopeful about the future, knowing that whatever challenges lay ahead, he would face them with Dorothea by his side.
