"Of course it is," he whispered, facepalming.

I rolled my eyes and groaned, "terrific, now we have to get it back."

Hunter nodded, "I'll get it."

"I should go," I shrugged, "it would be the easiest."

Hunter grabbed my shoulder, "remember y/n, we're on the run; we need to keep a low profile, so I'll go."

I looked down, sensing he was right, "you should take someone with you still."

Hunter considered it, but Omega spoke for me in this case, "let me go with you!"

Hunter sighed, he looked like he was going to disagree, but he did not want to argue with me.

"Alright kid," Hunter gave her an oxygen mask, "but stay close."

I watched the walk off into the murky, and foggy environment outside. I watched as their flashlights disappeared in the darkness; that is when I went back to help Tech finish diagnostics on the ship. He seemed to be a little more patient with me today; it is probably because Echo and I were his only helpers this time.

It took Hunter and Omega a little while to get back, but they did come back with the part. They explained the delay, resulting me making sure Hunter did not retain any damage to his internal organs. Eventually, he got tired of it, and shooed me away; Omega found it hilarious, and so did Wrecker.

We took off immediately after the part had been replaced, and headed off in a random direction in space. I took this time to catch up on some much needed rest. Most of the time, I did not use as much magic as I did now, so I needed the rest. When the crew asked if I was okay or not, either I simply did not replay, or I ignored them. Eventually, they stopped asking, but Tech gave me odd looks; he probably figured out that I used a fair amount of magic.

We had been in space for only a few more days before another problem arose.

"We don't have much supplies left," I murmured, rejecting my food portion, "since I can survive longer without food or water, someone else can have my portion."

Tech cast me a small, bittersweet smile, but said nothing.

"Are you sure y/n?" Hunter walked over to me.

"Yeah," I nodded, "Wrecker can have it."

He gasped, "ReAlLy?!"

I smiled and nodded; he eagerly took it from me.

I stared nonchalantly out the copilot seat window; Tech came and sat down next to me. He had his data pad in his face, and he looked like he was very concerned with something.

"Watcha doing?" I leaned back into my chair and looked at him.

He did not answer at first, but then he adjusted his goggles and said, "our ship has concerning fuel levels."

I frowned, and pulled up a schematic on a big screen.

I widened my eyes, "only... concerning?"

"I admit I smoothed it over a little," Tech shrugged.

"Smoothed it over a little? Tech, we don't even have enough for a long hyperspace jump!" I exclaimed.

"What?" Echo had walked in the room while we were not looking.

I nodded to him, "space genius indeed," I began to walk past him.

Tech frowned at me in an annoyed fashion.

I grumbled quietly to myself, and scanned for nearby planets. Great. Dealing with more space idiots.

God I hate dealing with people.

"This planet looks like it should have a refueling station," Tech pointed to a planet on the monitor.

"Yes," I agreed, widening my eyes, and giving a fake smile, "and it's probably filthy enough to hold all of Earth's pollution in one space."

Hunter patted my shoulder, "we've got to go, how far away is it?"

"Close enough that we can make the jump, and have some fuel left over," Tech stroked his chin thoughtfully, "and I could scramble the ship's signature code."

I nodded slowly, and took everything into account.

We took off in that direction, and arrived at the planet quickly. I swear I could smell the junk from the planet's lower atmosphere; it was disgusting. I frowned, and leaned against the doorway to the cockpit.

We landed in a refueling area, and got out quickly.

"We also need credits," Hunter shook his head.

"We can split up," I offered, "Hunter, and Omega can go look for credits, Tech, and I can fix the ship. Echo... um... you can go with Hunter disguised, and Wrecker can help us."

I almost made the mistake of saying Crosshair's name, but I caught myself. Now I was even more miserable than before.

We all agreed on that plan, and set off on our paths.

Tech, Wrecker, and I began dismantling the ship, but we could not get very far before the man running this area came up to us.

"We need a refuel," I said, putting on my best business demeanor, "how much?"

"I'll need to take a look at the signature code," he crossed his arms, "so that'll cost extra."

I crossed my arms, "how much without looking at the signature code?"

I rubbed his first two fingers together, "with a little more... incentive..."

I pulled out some credits, "is that enough?"

He frowned at me.

I piled some more, "how 'bout that," I gave an annoyed scowl.

He closed his fist, "pleasure doing business with you."

He walked away, and I shook my head.

"Was that your, 'business demeanor?'" Wrecker looked at me, and slammed a piece of the ship on the ground.

"Wrecker, be careful with my ship," Tech warned.

"YOU'RE SHIP?!" Wrecker and I said at the same time.

"Y/n, Wrecker, Tech, I need as much information as possible on this bounty hunter." Hunter hissed through comms.
