The squad celebrated their victory with a night of revelry, laughing and joking as they counted their spoils. But as the night wore on, Amara's mind began to wander. She couldn't shake the feeling that they were playing with fire, that their luck would eventually run out.

"Hey, guys, can I talk to you for a minute?" Amara asked, pulling Jules, Lila, and Zara aside. They were huddled in a corner of the dimly lit bar, the neon lights of the city casting a gaudy glow over their faces.

"What's up, Amara?" Jules asked, her brow furrowed with concern. She was always the first to sense when something was off, and Amara knew she could count on her to listen.

"I don't know if I'm comfortable with this anymore," Amara said, her voice barely above a whisper. She glanced around the bar, making sure no one was listening in. "We're getting bolder, taking bigger risks. What if we get caught?"

Lila rolled her eyes, her pierced nose glinting in the light. "Amara, we're professionals. We know what we're doing."

Amara shook her head. "That's just it - we're not professionals. We're a bunch of Tumblr girls playing at being con artists. What if we mess up?"

Zara placed a reassuring hand on Amara's shoulder. "We've got each other's backs, Amara. We're in this together."

But Amara's doubts lingered, festering like an open wound. She knew that their luck wouldn't last forever, and she feared that when it ran out, they'd be left with nothing but the consequences of their actions.

The next day, Jules called a meeting to discuss their next move. They gathered in a cramped, dingy apartment on the outskirts of town, the walls adorned with stolen artwork and the air thick with the smell of cigarette smoke.

"We've got a new target - a wealthy businessman with a penchant for rare art," Jules said, her eyes gleaming with excitement. "We can make a killing if we play it right."

Amara hesitated, her mind racing with doubts. But she knew that she couldn't back out now - she was in this too deep. She nodded along with the others, trying to push aside her reservations.

As they began to discuss the details of the heist, Amara's unease grew. They were taking on more risk than ever before, and she couldn't shake the feeling that they were walking into a trap.

"Guys, I don't know if this is a good idea," Amara said, her voice laced with concern. "We're pushing our luck."

Jules shot her a reassuring smile. "We've got this, Amara. We've done it before, and we can do it again."

But Amara knew that wasn't true. They had been lucky so far, but luck only took you so far. Eventually, your mistakes caught up with you.

As the meeting drew to a close, Amara knew she had to make a decision. She could either continue down this dangerous path, or she could try to extricate herself from the squad. But she knew that wouldn't be easy - they were a tight-knit group, and they wouldn't let her go without a fight.

As she left the apartment, Amara felt a sense of trepidation wash over her. She knew that she was walking into a storm, one that would test her loyalty, her courage, and her very soul.
