"It doesn't matter what it is, regardless you need to come get your son. You're living in Atlanta like everything just all peachy and ignoring your son and the fact you even have a son." KAMARI, Nahmir's ex said, ranting over the phone

He sighed, listening to her as he rubbed an ointment over his bullet wound

"You're NOT a fucking dad and that's sick!"

"Kamari, how long I been telling you... when I get a DNA test, I will be the upmost and outstanding father to yo' son, gang." He shook his head, looking at the wound in the mirror

"Nigga, I ain't yo' fuckin' gang and hell nah, boy. How long was we fucking for, dude? HOW LONG? You know he is your son, but you don't want to be a father. Do the math!" She screamed at her phone

"I'm not doing shit, you need ah DNA test." He scoffed

"I DONT GIVE A FUCKKKKK ABOUT WHAT I NEED! Ain't no damn lab finna have my son DNA for later use, so keep on doing what you do." She scowled

"Bitch, you moved to Atlanta and became a producer and you think you the shit. Fuck you, goofy. My son don't need you, he don't need no fuckin' da-"

At the end of her sentence, he hung up since Kofi was calling

Nahmir loved where he was from, but disliked the ghetto bitches. He had no personal problems with them, but he didn't like when it was past a friendship because of Exhibit A: KAMARI

When he was 15, his family moved to Atlanta, but after just a year he moved back to stay with his grandma. For some reason, he was getting in more trouble than he did in his hometown and Chicago was supposed to be the reason he left

He met Kamari, and they got deep quick, but he started to peep little things, and soon started cheating. There relationship was straight cheating and arguing at one point, but he later found out how bad it was on her end and was completely disgusted

"Heyyy." Kofi answered with a smile in her tone

"Wassup." He did a head nod as if she could see him

He went ahead to block Kamari's number because she wasn't anything but a pest, and if she was really adamant on not having a DNA test they didn't have anything to talk about

"What are you doing? How's the wound?"

"Damnnn, I'm cleanin' that mufucka right now." He laughed at the irony before going to grab some bandages

"I'm still sorry." She pouted, she felt guilty as ever, even though it was an accident

"It's good, Ko. What you doing?" He questioned, putting a bandage on his wound

"Doing my makeup."

He could hear "Rain On Me" by Ashanti playing in the background at the perfect volume
