nico meets the batfam

new family?

Nico's POV

The lady brought me to a room with a bed, a closet, and a desk, then she left i went to go lay down not planing on sleeping

Time skip to 3am

I lay there on the bed awake when the lady, ms. aph, walks in

"Someone is here to maybe adopt you" she said, who would adopt a kid a 3:25 in the morning

"Ok" i said following her down stairs where a guy who looked kinda like a more mature Percy was waiting

"Nico this is mr. Jason todd" ms. Aph said "he wants to meet you and maybe adopt you." She then left me and jason, alone

"Hi kid you name is nico right" he asked

"Ya" i said "what are you doing thinking about adopting  a kid at 3 in the morning"

"I just thought that it might be a good idea" he said "in all honesty i was just coming to talk to ms. Aph about adopting or fostering a kid but then she said that a kid just came couple hours ago and said you might be the perfect kid for me"

I did not expect all that but that just instilled in my mind that that lady knows something

"Ok" i said

"I think that she was right" he said " I'm going to go talk to her" then he left the room and came back with ms. Aph

"Now nico why don't you go get your stuff" ms. Aph said " mr. Todd will get the paperwork done"

I went up to the room grabbed my backpack and then went back downstairs jason seemed to be finished with the paperwork as he was just waiting for me

"Hey bud" he said "are you ready to go"

"Yeah" i said and followed him to his car he opened the passenger side door and then went to the driver's side opened the door and got in and i got in aswell closed the door and put my seatbelt on he started the car and began driving

"So that you full name?" he asked

"Nico di Angelo" i said

"Your favorite color?" He asked

"Black and gray" i said

"How old are you?" He asked

"15" i said "how old are you?"

"19" he said

Then he drove in silence until we got a good sized house, he parked and we got out of the car, we walked in to the house and he showed me to my room then left to go to his room

I went to the bed which was the only piece of furniture besides a dresser inside the room, i layed down and stayed awake

I got up after i heard jason yell for me to come to breakfast

"Good morning" he said

"Good morning" i said tiredly

"By the way we are going to go to someone's house" he said

"Whose house?" I asked

"Technically he'd be your grandfather" he adopted me when i was a kid oh and by the way you have three uncles who will also be there"

"Ok" i said "any one else?"

"Alfred who is technically your great-grandfather since he took care of Bruce will also be there" he said " he's technically a butler but he's served the family for years now we all kind of see him as a second father figure"

"Ok" i said i feel kinda bad that after i finish the prophecy I will be leaving he seems kind of nice but i have to get back to will when I'm done here
