What I've came up with so far
A child doesn't make it through birth due to a witch saving her stillborn child it really is an eye for an eye eh?
But the universe takes pity on the child you could say that the child's luck was out of this world but that certainly wasn't enough to be reincarnated in her world but a foreign one one that her world would never even know existed
But that wasn't enough for the universe no it's safe to assume that the child's life did not have much luck as she was "reincarnated" as an adult and in discord's rein of terror
Thus the universe took pity on her again and she was "reincarnated" with the ability to speak a few languages without having trouble and she was a creature none had heard of
