Sirens are heard as the outside of Beacon Hills hospital is shown

Rafael jogs down the front steps meeting the ambulance outside "Bring him around back. And keep it quiet" The man nodded as Rafael walked closer to the window "No one needs to know expect for the people absolutely need to know" 

The ambulance pulls off, with a cop car following after it

Derek, Miracle, Bella, and Cam winced remembering what this was about as Aroura and Angle shared a look. While Aroura watched over her family, helping when Bella called for it, she just mostly stayed in heaven and Angle wasn't even conceive yet so he didn't know much expect the stories she would tell him 

The rest of the room was wondering who they were escorting for Rafael to be involved and the need to keep it quiet

Rafael walks back inside

Miracle and Melissa who were setting up Halloween decor paused when they say Rafael walking in from the back, and Noah with two deputies storming in from the front  

"Trouble" Miracle muttered to her mother who nodded walking towards them. Rafael stopped in front of his ex-wife and daughter but before he could say anything Noah stopped in front of them "Hey! He is not coming in" Noah told him 

"This is the only hospital that will take him" Rafael told him "What about County?" Noah asked not wanting that man anywhere near his town 

"You'd be surprised how fast things fill up when a guy like this needs surgery" Rafael sighed. Melissa looked between Noah and Rafael "They turned him to us?" She scoffed 

"Yeah" 

"Damnit" Miracle cursed crossing her arms. Noah gave the girl a look before turning back to Rafael "If County doesn't want to operate on him--" 

"Then someone has too" Rafael cut him off

"Who!" Stiles yelled wanting to know who they were fighting about. Miracle shook her head, she could have gone all her life without ever meeting that guy "You'll see if a few" She told him making Stiles huff

The 6 of them turned to the main doors when they opened. Two police men, carrying rifles entered first, follow by two paramedics wheeling a man with his ankles, wrists and shoulders strapped onto the gurney

Melissa pulled her daughter behind her, even if Miracle could protect herself, she didn't want her 17 year old anywhere near that man

Everyone eyes widen when they saw the man strapped even if they didn't see his face. All knowing he must of done something bad, really really bad if the officers needed to carry rifles and he needed to be strapped down like that 

Melissa, Noah, Rafael, Miracle along with the officers Noah brought and two more FBI agents gathered around looking down the hall the man just went down "Somebody needs to do his pre-op interview" Melissa told them 

Rafael tilted his head a little the side "Who usually does that?" Miracle sighed "...Me" She breathed out making everyone turn to the 17 year old worried 

Derek grabbed her hand, not liking that his wife was so close to the man. "I'm okay" Miracle whispered rubbing his shoulder knowing what he was thinking "He didn't touch me" Derek nodded but didn't let go of her hand

A flashlight shinned in the dark empty locker room before Stiles was shown, holding his phone to his ear "Get your ass down here now! We have a job to do" He walked around the locker room 

"Dude. I'm already in bed! And aren't we getting a little old for this...?" Scott asked over the phone

Stiles looked at his best friend "We are never to old to prank coach!" He told him offended that Scott would even think that. Scott held up his hands "My bad" He muttered turning back to the screen
