"My name isn't on the O.R. Board. I checked the schedule. Nobody wants to work with me, 'cause I'm not on anybody's service. " jackson said
"It's an oversight, okay? Just ... just ask around." April said
"Do you know how many things I've screwed up in the last month? " jackson said
"Stop it. " Meredith said
" I'm serious. " jackson said
" Just ask around and get on someone's service and get back to work. " meredith said
"...Suggested no pulmonary sepsis. " teddy said
A smelly Alex joins them.
" You smell like you're sweating booze." April said as Isla rolled her eyes at him
"Where have you been? " Meredith asked as Isla sat starting at Alex. Anna noticed this and frowned. She knew how she knew the truth over what Lexie had done and how she lied but she had no idea how to tell Isla and she knew that Alex wanted to tell her. But she did hate to see Isla struggling
" I want the weekend you had. " jackson said
"What happens in Vegas, you know? Hey, who's stark? I'm supposed to be on stark's service today. " alex said
" Oh, me, too. He's the new peds attending, Since Robbins left. " april said as Isla frowned at the thought. She hated how Arizona wasn't there when she knew that she needed her the most
"Crap. I can't handle a bunch of sick kids today. I can't do it." Alex said
"So was it a bachelor party or... " Jackson asked
"Shh. They're talking about Cristina. " Meredith said as they paid attention to what was happening up the front
" Oh. It became clear to Dr. Yang That they were gonna need to switch modalities. The patient was put on ecmo ... It's when the pressure gets too high that problems really occur. " teddy said
"And why did Dr. Yang Opt to use the intra-aortic balloon pump over an r-vad?"
"I, um ... I can't answer for Dr. Yang. " teddy said
"And why isn't she here? "
"She, um... She quit. She left the program. I'm sorry. " teddy said as Mark is surprised and stands up.
"What? She what? " mark asked
"Dr. Yang cleared the balloon pump with Dr. Mcqueen... Who agreed that it was the best..."
"Go back. Go back. Yang quit the program? " Alex said
" Yeah, where have you been? " Isla asked
"Well, that's the first I've heard of it. " alex said
