Even after all these years
I'm still writing stories
Praying they will one day
Be in their hands reading them
But one peculiar thing I find
Is that I inadvertently always
Turn myself into the villain
Either by choice or another's accord
Sometimes without knowing at all
And I think that says a lot
How I regularly perceive myself
