_Right now i'm on my way to a town in california called ^Charming^ my mom found it months ago when we decided to move away from the big cites . I'm doctor, a surgeon and my mother is fashion designer.Here's the thing my mom is actually not my mom,she's my aunt, my birth mom little sister. Long story short,my birth mom was a junkie even when she was pregnant with me she didn't stop in fact she overdosed and that caused me to be born earlier than my due date by 4 months earlier. My dad after he found out he wanted to divorce her but he changed his mind because he thought that he can help her change to the better.But infortuntly that didn't work in fact it caused my own mother to hate me,her biological daughter. My dad saw that mom will never change so he took the easy way out , by divorcing her but that wasn't hard for him because he already found new lover,his secretary who is by the way younger than my mom by 10 years and more beautiful, so mom when she found out she was heartbroken but more furious . So they ended up in court because of me ,because of the decision of which parent i will live with the rest of my life. But due to the drugs my mom did when she was pregnant with me that made me mature and smarter than kids in my age with higher IQ than them that the positive side but the negative side is that i have a very difficult and harsh anxiety that my birth mom target it with her abused and violent behaviour. So when we went to court the judge at first want to give me to my dad but i knew if i did went with dad that will made his new life harder and if i chose mom i will have much harder life with her so i called the person i knew that will help before we went to court -My aunt LYN- Aunt lyn is my mom's little sister when i called she was more than happy to help me.
Flash back to court day :
The judge: Now,Today we are here with the case of divorce between mr.derek clark and his ex.wife ms.kim soojin the divorce is already accepted but we have the situation of the daughter Jennie clark who is 7 years old and which parent that will became her legal gardian from now on. Lyn:i'm__ (she started speaking but she was interrupted by her older sister soojin) Soojin:she's the slut i'm ashamed to call a sister ( she growled ) Lyn: hello there 자매 (sister in korean) (she said in sarcasm) The judge: ms.kim soojin that is not a propre language you use in court so i suggest you calm down or i will have you arrested Soojin: i'm sorry Your Honor but i refuse to give my kid to someone who abandoned their family Lyn : your honor i am here to present my self as the new legal guardian to my niece because i know the my sister is not capable of taking care of her self imagine taking car of a little girl and i know that her father is capable of taking care of her now but after he remarried and especially in this period of time when he's upcoming business he will have no time with his daughter Soojin: NO,NO,NOOOO ,i will not let take my daughter especially you, you slut (she screamed angrily) The judge: ms,kim soojin i warned you of you behaviour this is you last warning either you site down or you're out of here . Ms.kim Lyn concerning jennie's situation the decision that we made that her father will became her legal guardian so if he accep__ (Derek interrupted him) Derek:i do accept Lyn to be the guardian of my daughter and i will sign my right to her Your honor ,i do love my daughter very much and she will always be my princesse but Lyn is right i will be busy and i will not take enough care of her so yes i will give my rights to my sister in law Lyn to be my daughter legal guardian The judge: so it is decided from this day on Ms.kim Lyn will be the legal guardian of miss.jennie clark .please give the papers to ms.Lyn so she can sign them Lyn: thank u your honor (she sign the papers) Now its you and me my little baby(she hugs little jennie) Little jennie:i love u mommy Lyn was touched when jennie said that and she started crying Lyn: i love u too baby _derek approached them _ Jennie:DADDY (she yelled happily) Derek:hey there princesse (he picked her up) Thank u so much Lyn i didn't know what to do if you wren't here ,yes i would've take her with no hesitation but i know i won't be enough for her (he smiled looking at his princesse in his arms) but u won't forget daddy would you ?? Lyn: (she scoffed) she didn't even teach her our mother language (she looked at derek) Derek:No because she didn't even want to stay with her in the same room , i tried to teach her but i couldn't Lyn: don't worry i will take care of it I'm sorry about what you have been through with soojin i tried to tell you about her before you got married but she threatened me so i left (she looked at derek guiltily) Derek : it's okay what's done is done but in the end i got my little princesse(he tickled jennie and she giggles) and i found love again anyway Lyn: i want to meet this lady so i know who's my daughters step mom Derek : yes don't worry you will ,i think it late u and jennie need to go home and rest it's been a long day and years finally we will have peace (than he turns towards jennie and smiles ) okay now u my little princesse will go home with your mommy and will see u later okay ? Jennie: okay(she nodded) _he put her down that kissed her forehead gently_ Jennie: let go home mommy (she smiles) Lyn :let go home baby good bye derek (she waves) Jennie:Bye daddy

Jennie's pov:
Since that day i hedn't seen soojin (my birth mother) and meet up with dad from time to time but he call me regularly everyday to check on me and he got married to his secretary but she is cool and nice her name is julie ans she is sooo prettyyy she's not like step mom in movies evil and cruel no she is so sweet to me every time i go to their house My mom (Lyn) taught me korean by making a rule in the house when i was young <No english word in the house only korean rule> and that came with result as i have high IQ and intelligence i learn korean in 3 weeks . I'm 24 year old and that shock most of people because they know that surgeons are old from 30 year old and up but as i'm smarter i skipped many class in school life so i git into med school when i was 15 and i finish it when i was 21 year old and i got the job right away My dad thought that i will be a business women like him and take over his business but i didn't want that but sometimes i help him with work from time to time
Mom arrived 2 months earlier to charming before me because the hospital i was working in ask me to stay one month so i can finish all my work and so they can help have a job in the hospital in charming so i stayed and got all our stuff that my mom left and got on the plane and now on the road so i can meet my mommy because i miss her tooo muchhh .
