Hey,
I just recently found out that I cant upload images in chapters, because theres a bug that doesn't allow iOS users to upload pictures from their camera roll. To anyone making requests during the meanwhile, I'll need either your email or twitter account to send you the covers through mail or dm.
I already reported the problem to Wattpad Support, and soon as the issue is fixed I'll make sure to publicly upload the covers here.
