As I, Mayura, walked into the venue, I was struck by the vibrant decorations that surrounded me. The haldi ceremony decor was a beautiful blend of yellow and orange hues, with intricate floral patterns and traditional motifs adorning the walls and floor. The air was filled with the sweet scent of turmeric and the sound of laughter and chatter.

The stage was set with a beautifully decorated throne-like seat, where I would sit for the ceremony. The backdrop was a stunning yellow and orange drapes, with intricate embroidery and mirror work. The floor was covered with a vibrant yellow carpet, leading up to the stage.

To the side, a beautiful haldi paste-making station was set up, where the ladies were busy preparing the paste with turmeric, sandalwood, and other natural ingredients. The atmosphere was electric, filled with excitement and joy.

As I made my way to the stage, I couldn't help but feel a sense of happiness and gratitude. This was a special moment, and I was surrounded by the people I loved. Abhimaan was by my side, his eyes shining with love and adoration. I knew that this was just the beginning of our new journey together.

As I sat on the throne-like seat, surrounded by the vibrant decorations and the loving faces of our families, I felt a sense of joy and contentment wash over me. Abhimaan sat beside me, his eyes shining with happiness.

The haldi ceremony began, and our friends and family members took turns applying the yellow paste to our skin, laughing and teasing us as they did so. Abhimaan's siblings, Rhea and aaryan, were particularly playful, applying extra generous amounts of haldi to our faces and arms.

"Hey, Abhi bhaiya , you're looking like a yellow alien!" Rhea joked, smearing a glob of haldi on his cheek.

"Hey, Mayura, your skin is glowing - with haldi!" Aaryan added, chuckling.

Abhimaan and I laughed good-naturedly, our faces and arms turning a bright yellow. The paste was cool and soothing on my skin, and I felt a sense of calm and serenity wash over me.

As the ceremony progressed, the teasing only intensified. Abhimaan's siblings started making funny faces and poses, pretending to take photos with us. I couldn't help but giggle at their antics.

At one point, Rhea even snuck up behind me and applied a giant dollop of haldi to my hair, making me shriek with laughter. Abhimaan came to my rescue, gently wiping the excess haldi from my hair and giving his sister a playful scolding.

Despite the chaos and teasing, the ceremony was filled with love and laughter. I felt grateful to be surrounded by such a wonderful family, and to have Abhimaan by my side. As we sat there, covered in haldi, I knew that this was a moment I would never forget.

As I  emerged from the washing area, feeling refreshed and clean, I was suddenly pulled into a room by a mischievous Abhimaan. His eyes sparkled with a playful glint, and I couldn't help but laugh at his antics.

"Abhi, what are you doing?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.

"I want to apply the haldi on you myself," he said, his voice low and husky. "One last time, just us."

My heart skipped a beat as he closed the door behind us, and we were alone in the room. He took my hand, leading me to a small table where a small bowl of haldi paste sat.

With a gentle smile, he dipped his finger into the paste and applied it to his own cheek. Then, he leaned in close, his eyes locked on mine. I felt my breath catch as he gently rubbed his haldi-covered cheek against mine.

The touch sent shivers down my spine, and I felt my heart race with excitement. His skin was warm against mine, and the haldi paste felt cool and soothing. I closed my eyes, savoring the moment.

As we stood there, our faces touching, our hearts beating as one, I knew that this was a moment I would treasure forever. The haldi ceremony, the laughter and teasing, all of it faded into the background, leaving only the two of us, lost in our own little world.

"I love you, jaana ," Abhimaan whispered, his voice barely audible.

"I love you too, Abhi," I replied, my voice equally soft.

And in that moment, with our haldi-covered cheeks touching, our love felt like the most powerful force in the world.

As I  sat on the couch in the balcony, I couldn't help but feel a sense of content washing over me. Abhimaan was sitting on the floor, his head resting on my lap, his eyes gazing up at me with a hint of vulnerability.

The sun was sitting outside, casting a warm orange glow over us, and the breeze carried the sweet scent of blooming flowers. It was a peaceful moment, one that I had been savoring for a while now.

But then, Abhimaan's voice broke the silence, his tone laced with a sudden seriousness. "Jaana, are you happy with me?" he asked, his eyes searching for mine for a genuine answer.

I was taken aback by the question, my mind momentarily caught off guard. I looked at him, my gaze softening as I took in the sincerity in his eyes. "Of course, Abhi," I replied, my voice gentle. "If I wasn't happy, I wouldn't be here."

Abhimaan's gaze held mine, as if seeking reassurance. I could sense the depth of his emotion, the vulnerability he was exposing. My heart went out to him, and I stroked his hair, my touch gentle.

"You make me happy, Abhi," I continued. "You bring light and love into my life. I couldn't ask for more."

As I spoke, Abhimaan's face relaxed, a soft smile spreading across his lips. His eyes crinkled at the corners, and he leaned into my touch, his head nestling deeper into my lap.

In that moment, I knew that our love was something special, something that went beyond words and gestures. It was a connection that ran deep, a bond that only grew stronger with each passing day.
