Asta woke up to the pressure of her blader. "I have to go potty." Asta yawn out, getting up to find the restroom. "It's here somewhere *yawn* Jack, you've been here the longest. Can you show me where *SLASH*!?" Asta stopped looking outside to see Noelle practicing her magic. "Oh, cool, Noelle also practic before the sun as well." Asta said as her spirits and her looked out the window. Nymph started to freak out to the point that she started to pull on Asta's hair. "Okay! I got it. You're considered, I know." Asta running out in her night gown.

Just as she passed the front door, a sight passed her almost like time stopped. There, by the entrance of the Black Bull hideout, was the black armor with the five leaf clover. Only to hear commotion from the back, so she ran not seeing the red glow and slight movement.

Reaching the back, Asta saw a raging warlpool of water with Noelle stuck inside. Just then, other members came out as well, seeing this. "Her magic is out of control." Yami said as others agreed before continuing. "With her in there, she'll get hurt if we attack." Yami said as Asta came near. "Think you have something to neutralize her magic?" Yami asked as Asta thought about it. "I can try to get her out, and maybe someone else can destroy it, bubble?" Asta thought with Nymph next to her, but the out of control water grabbed hold of Asta as she was about to ask Nymph to help. "AHH! It got me!" Asta yelled, trying to get out. Magna and Finral ran to her, trying to pull her arm out of the water.

Then a sword sliced down, breaking the magic water that was holding her. Looking to who owned the sword, it was the black armor. He raised the buster sword high up before slashing the bubble holding Noelle. "Oh no, she's falling!" Asta yelled only to take a sharp breath in as she held her sprained wrist. Finral used his spatial magic to catch Noelle before she fell. Asta is still holding her wrist, ran to check on Noelle.

"Lady Noelle, that was amazing!" Asta cheered once she reached Noelle. "I mean, it's out of control, so you have to train it better, but Nymph and I are here to help." Asta said, summoning Lilly to tend to her wrist. "Isn't magic so cool!" Asta said, showing off her healed wrist. The others came towards them as well, asking if the only thing wrong was Noelle's control of her magic, to which Magna told her they were all failure and her little flew wasn't a big deal.

Noelle started to tear up before turning to Asta. "But aren't you a little miss perfect, aren't you. Choosing to join the low ranks like us." Noelle said as Asta just laughed. "What are you talking about? Look, see." Asta said, showing a very thin grimoire. "It's a four leaf clover grimoire. What is so flawed about it." Noelle asked only to see about twelve pages. "I only have about four actual spells and eight other pages dedicated to spirits, with six already filled. It's powerful but limited." Asta told her, showing the two spells she already knows the seeing eye spell and the bonding spell. "So I feel like a failure for the lack of knowledge I have." Asta admitted smiling, getting up extending her hand to Noelle as everyone else expressed concern and joy.

As everyone was with Noelle, Yami turned to look at the suit of Armor. Walking up to it, Yami taped against it, hearing the metal clanked. "Huh? What are you, hunk of metal?" Yami asked, looking around it before reaching for the helmet only for the hand to come up and catch his arm. "So you do move. What are you hiding in there? An ugly mug?" Yami smirked, looking at it as it let go of his hand before heading back up front. 'It doesn't have any mana, but it did save that brat, and if it stays, I'll know what it wants. I got to shit.' Yami thought, walking away before heading to the restroom.

Once done with his business, Yami found everyone dressed and eating breakfast together. "So I know Magic Knights are meant to protect the country, but is there anything else we do?" Asta asked, taking a bite of her breakfast as Magna excitedly told her that it's more than protecting the country. That it's an amazing job, like gaurd duty as Vanessa said it's a great position to meet gentlemen, Luck Voltia said that fighting criminals no one would get mad at you and Gauche Adlia that it's a position that his sister respects. That one was nice if it wasn't for the bloody noise that happened. Charmy Pappitson talked about how delicious the food was even though that's not what Asta asked about, then Gray changed into Asta saying that it's a great job.

Those sound more like why each choice to join the Magic Knights instead of what they do, but Asta just smiled, happy to see everyone in good spirit. Yami turned around and was glad everyone was getting along. 'It seems things are getting more interesting.' Yami thought, walking away.

Today was going to be Asta's and Noelle's first mission, which was boar hunting. "Boar hunting?" Asta asked as the girls stood to face Manga as he told them their mission. "What kind of lame first mission is this?" Noelle asked, upset that they had to hunt boar. They soon found out that Yami and Magna had lost a bet to an old man who wanted to help is village. "But that wouldn't be our problem, that's your!" Asta yelled as Noelle agreed.

Yami looked down at the two girls. "Go or die your choice." Yami said, staring into their very souls, hugging each other. Both girls agreed to go with Magna. Asta still existed about going on her first ever mission, while Noelle was worried. "I'm going to a grimy village because of a grimy old man for a grimy boar." Noelle complained under her breath. "Got a problem?" Magna asked, to which Noelle said she didn't, but she was worried about her control.

Magna looked at her as if she was dumb and told her that more missions she do the better control she would have and he was there to help out. "Since that Finral jerk's magic can't get us to that place, then we're going by broom. Magna said as Asta smiled, and Noelle looked down. "Okay, um, is there a broom I can borrow also it might take me a while since I only ever used one during the exams." Asta said as Noelle told him she couldn't ride a broom.

Magna looked at them in shocked looking at Asta. "What, but a broomstick is the most easiest thing to get, and you why can't you ride a broom?" Magna yelled as Asta explained she had no money and Noelle couldn't control her magic, so she couldn't fly. "Fine, we don't have time getting you a broom, so we're all going on mine." Magna said, showing off his costume made broomstick the crazy cyclone. "So cool." Asta said as all three of them got on.
