✨SARADA✨

---

As the music faded and I stepped back from Boruto, my heart was still pounding from the unexpected dance. I couldn't help but smile, a warm feeling spreading through me as I replayed the moment in my mind. Boruto had always been full of surprises, but this time, he had really caught me off guard.

"Anytime, Sarada. Anytime," he had said with that confident grin of his. It was a side of him I rarely saw, and it left me feeling a bit flustered, but in a good way.

Returning to my friends, I tried to compose myself, not wanting them to notice how much the dance had affected me. Mitsuki gave me a knowing look, and I rolled my eyes, pretending not to notice his subtle smirk. He always seemed to be one step ahead, understanding more than he let on.

"Enjoyed your dance?" he asked, his tone light but with an edge of curiosity.

"It was nice," I replied nonchalantly, hoping to downplay the significance of the moment. But the truth was, it had been more than nice—it had been perfect. In those brief minutes, it felt like everything had aligned, as if we were the only two people in the world.

As we settled back into our routine, my mind kept drifting back to Boruto. I had always seen him as a close friend, someone I could rely on and trust. But tonight, something had shifted. The way he had looked at me, the way he had held me—it was different, and it stirred feelings I hadn't fully acknowledged before.

"Earth to Sarada," Chocho's voice broke through my thoughts, bringing me back to reality. "You look like you're a million miles away."

"Just thinking," I said, trying to sound casual. But Chocho wasn't buying it.

"Uh-huh. Thinking about a certain blond-haired guy, maybe?" she teased, her eyes twinkling with mischief.

"Shut up," I laughed, giving her a playful shove. "It's not like that."

"Sure, sure," she said with a grin, but I could see the understanding in her eyes. Chocho had a way of seeing through my defenses, and tonight was no exception.

As the night wore on, I found myself stealing glances at Boruto. He was chatting with Shikadai, the two of them deep in conversation. I couldn't help but wonder what they were talking about. Was he thinking about the dance too? Did it mean as much to him as it did to me?

Suddenly, Shikadai looked over and caught my eye. He raised an eyebrow and smirked, as if he knew exactly what was going through my mind. I quickly looked away, feeling my cheeks flush with embarrassment. Great!!, now Shikadai was in on it too.

But despite the teasing and the uncertainty, I couldn't deny the happiness that bubbled up inside me. The dance had been a small, fleeting moment, but it had changed something. It had opened a door to possibilities I hadn't considered before.

As the night drew to a close, I found myself standing on the terrace, looking out at the night sky. The stars were bright, casting a gentle glow over the city. I took a deep breath, letting the cool air calm my racing thoughts.

"Hey," a voice said softly, and I turned to see Boruto standing beside me. He looked more serious than usual, his eyes reflecting the starlight.
