Chapter 13-An Angel from the Past

I went to bed and still...Lucifer keeps calling me!...as i wake up it is midnight..i saw Joy sleeping beside me and Gizmo at the other side.."Chris..."someone's calling my name!...i went outside and called.."where are you?!i know who you are!you are Lucifer!show yourself!"i heard a strong wind from the back.."Your too Brave Chris..but your easy to deceive..how far can you survive?"Lucifer said as he smiled at me.."...What do you mean?!"i asked as i stepped away.."Oh Chris you'll understand when you got inside the house...Good luck!..hahaha!"then he disappeared..oh no..Joy..Gizmo!!i rushed inside the house..but i saw Joy asleep..but...Gizmo is...GONE!!"Joy!Joy!!Joy!!Wake up!!"i shake her...oops..i forgot she got a fever..but now too late!!"ugh...Chris...whats wrong.."uh...uhmm.."N..nothing...ju...just go back to sleep..."but she stood up and said.."wh..where's Gizmo?!"we panicked as we search everywhere...

"Oh Chris you'll understand when you got inside the house..Good luck!..hahaha!"

"That Lucifer!!he's gonna pay!"i said softly.."Chris...what do you mean by...Lucifer?...you..talked to him?Chris!why did you do it.."she looked at me angrily.."Joy..i didn't mean it!he was calling me...and i just ignored him but..Ugh...he always bother me!!"she looked down and said.."where do you think Gizmo went...ugh..."she got a bit dizzy..."Joy are you alright?"she nodded and said..."im fine.."she tried to stand up but i said.."Joy..stay here!and keep watch if ever Gizmo came back!"..."but.."..."Just do it!"i rushed outside and looked at the back of the house..but i saw none..."Gizmo!!where are you!!"i shout even if my voice echoed.."GIZMO!!"Where did he go...i left the house maybe..3 miles away xD.."Gizmo?where are you!"a little while i heard something from the grass...as i walked near it i saw Gizmo.."Gizmo!...oh...he's been Shut down..ahh!where are his other parts.."i said as i searched around the grass.."found it!"as i carried him back in the house.."Found him?...oh gosh...Gizmo!"Joy run to us.."he shut down...and...one of his part is broken...maybe we can fix it?"i said as Joy bring out an electrical tape from her pocket.."Is that for..."she nodded...as she stick the tape to the broken part.."okay done!but first let him rest for a while..."she agreed and we went back to sleep..the next morning.."are we ready to turn him on?"Joy asked while she hold her head.."Ehh maybe.."i turn Gizmo on..for awhile..i read....*ERROR!ERROR!*"is there so..."we stopped as..."Enemy Detected!Enemy Detected!"what?!..."Gizmo!its us!Chris!your friend!"i said but he bring out his laser beam and said."Annihilate the Enemy!"We run as we are being attacked by Gizmo...

"See?that's what you get Chris...Understand now?let's see...Can you survive?"

I heard his voice again...Lucifer...i knew it...he did this...i closed my eyes..

"What did you do?!" I asked..

"I just do something fun...i thought you'll enjoy it"he smiled at me...

"It's not funny Lucifer!"i run towards him...but a barrier is blocking him and i got hurt a bit..

"One more time Chris?"He smiled at me..

"Stop it!please!just stop!!"

"Chris!...wake up!"...ugh..."Is your friend alright?"who is there..."I guess..."i opened my eyes.."What happened?"...what..im...home?..."Chris...you were screaming...Your mom and your dad were worried...what happened.."Joy asked..."am i just dreaming..about..Superbook?"..she looked at me very confuse.."Superbook?"what?!didn't she remember traveling with..."Joy!!snap out of it..we traveled together right.."i said to her as i shook her.."No.."she looked back...wait..a second...

"One more time Chris?" Of course!!this is just an illusion!

"This isn't true...this isn't true..."i whispered to myself...."This...isn't...true.."a little while i opened my eyes at the place..where i saw Lucifer...

"Good Job Chris..you snapped out with my Illusion...but this ti..."he stopped as i heard a voice from the outside...

"Chris!wake up!!I manage to fix Gizmo...He's not Malfunctioning anymore!"..Joy...

"That's right Chris!!"Gizmo!!

"Grr!that Girl..maybe next time..she'll be my target.."Lucifer said..

"No never!!"...

A little while...

"Chris!your awake!"Joy hugged me..."Chrissss!!!im backkk!!"Gizmo jumped to me and Hugged me.."You know Chris..when your running awhile ago..you actually collapsed :/...what happened?"Joy asked me.."i...did?"i asked...while the two looked at each other.."uhmm yeah..why did you collapsed?"oh yeah..i remember...i closed my eyes..then.."well you know.."i told them what happened and they seemed to be frightened.."well because of that we should stay away from Lucifer..never talk to him or even get near him..he's dangerous!maybe i'll malfunction again!"Gizmo said.."yeah Chris...its too dangerous..who knows if he showed up in here.."Joy said as me and Gizmo looked st each other and run away..."wait up Guys!!"Joy said as we scream..and laugh at the same time..this day is fun!and...probably the worst...After what happened to me,Joy and Gizmo...oh gosh!ill never forget this day!!as we got tired we rest and sleep...and the next day.."Gooood Morninggg everyone!!"Joy said as she is holding a spatula and was wearing a weird apron.."why are you dressed like that?"I asked.."well..i remember the last time i cooked fish and...it kinda messed up..soo..i tried cooking again...and again..and again..."wait.."you..cook a fish?"...she nodded.."how many fish did you cook?...and failed?"she looked up and think.."50 failed...anddd..."....."anddddd???"she looked back to me and said.."0 successful!"..........."Good morning..everyone"Gizmo said..."hey Gizmo..."i said to him.."is Joy's fever gone.."oh yeah..i tried to look and see her temperature with Gizmo's THERMOMETER!"well..37.6 degrees..is that fine?"i asked Gizmo..."yeah...."Anyway Joy...i haven't asked this since we were living in someone's house.."she looked at me.."whose house is this?!"...."Hmm...Job..."Job...Job..Job?!?"Wait this house is the house of the man grieving the last time?"i asked while she nodded.."ehh..how is he?"i asked curiously.."he's fine...i guess..but then..we heard a loud voice outside.."what was that?!"I asked as we rushed outside.."ahh!!!"we stepped away .."is that...God?"i asked..."Yes Chris!as a matter of fact he is talking to Job!"after this....we run to Job.."what...happened to you...i didn't get to asked you that the last time you were grieving.."he stand up and smiled at me.."God gives and has taken away..."i...don't understand...he left us.."i understand!i have read the bible last time and then...i read it that..Job has lost everything..his family and his wealth..because Lucifer has asked God to test his faith..."really...faith...Faith is the most important thing i can ever imagine...Faith and Trust in the Lord...we didn't get to talk to Joseph and Job as much as we did in Adam and Eve...but..still this is like the most awesome day...even if there are trouble awaiting...at least..were still here alive..and living...a little while...Superbook arrived to bring us back in our usual time.."Mostly..No one's hurt...but still..."?.."Job is still there...he still have faith in him!"Joy went upstairs to my room.."So where will you sleep?"Joy asked me.."i'll just sleep at the couch.."Chris said.."nope!ill sleep there.."i stopped Joy.."No i will..."we fight until.."Guys!!theres another bed under Chris's bed okay?!don't fight!you Chris!will sleep at the bed down the floor...and you Joy you'll sleep at Chris's Bed everything clear?!"Gizmo said...as we both nodded...at night..."Goodnight everybody!"i said as i closed my eyes.."Chris...tomorrow's the Semi-finals of the Battle of the bands..."Joy whispered.."oh yeah...i better get ready.."
