"Welcome back, Nick!"

The wild blown of the wind welcomed me as soon as I stepped out of the plane.

Amelia smiled sweetly to my friends who had their jaws dropped when the woman approached our direction and she clung to my arm.

"Meet Amelia. My girl friend..."

Nanlaki ang mata ni Xerces. "Putang...ina?"

Dell and Kith eyed each other as they looked at me with jaw dropped.

"Gago, tinitigan ka lang, Fleur. Lapitan mo! Pakita mo kung sino ka!"

"Eto na ba ang Fleur version ng tinitigan ko? Sinapak ko?"

"Baka hindi nakaintindi sa tagalog mo! Englishan mo 'yan, Fleur!"

Fleur cleared her throat before she stood straight in front of Amelia, who didn't know if she's going to laugh or not.

"Girl, where do you live? Can you please leave?"

I laughed. Amelia was too stunned to speak. Humalakhak din sila Xerces at hinila si Fleur palayo na natatawa din nang malakas.

"Gago! Dito ka nga, Fleur! Pinapahiya mo ang angkan ng mga Avalanche!"

Napailing-iling ako at napabuntong-hininga nalang. They were so chaotic. Napapatingin na nga sa amin ang mga tao dahil sa sobrang ingay ng grupo. But somehow, I missed this. I miss... them.

"Don't mind them, Ame. They're just a bunch of assholes," I whispered to Amelia.

She only nodded, covered her mouth and laughed elegantly. "Cute nila..."

I chuckled.

"Kahit mga gago 'yan. Family ko 'yan..."

Amelia stayed in our house since she doesn't have a place to go. Mommy Cristy also had their house already. Ako ang nagtayo at nagpa-disenyo. Actually, magkasama kami sa France. Nauna lang silang umuwi ni Killian dahil may trabaho pa ako ro'n.
