Jackie Johnson wants to cry
But Jackie Johnson can’t.
This poor girl has tried it all,
But even anger won’t supplant.

Nothing makes her sad enough,
There’s not a thing that wets her eyes,
So this poor girl will continue on,
Until she cries and cries and cries.
*
She thought she loved her kitty,
But apparently not enough,
For when she bashed his head in,
Her cheeks remained dry and rough.
*
Even pain isn’t sufficient,
To make this poor girl wail,
She learned this with her foot,
and a purposeful thrust of a nail.
*
But Jackie Johnson won’t give up,
And she will reach her goal within years,
It might take her parents’ murders,
But she will soon shed her tears...
