Author's POV
Surbhi opened her eyes due to rays of sun escaping from the windows. She felt something heavy on her shoulder, it was none other than her husband who was snuggling his head in the crook of her neck to avoid sun rays.
Watching this a smile from on her lips. He was still asleep, his face was relaxed, a hint of smile playing on his lips. He looked so peaceful, so vulnerable. She reached out, her fingers tracing the line of his jaw and he stirred, his eyes opening slowly.
He smiled, a sleepy, contended smile and she felt a rush of happiness. "Good morning wifey." He Mummered in his deep husky voice.
"Good morning." She replied not maintaining eye contact with him. Taking this chance Ekansh leaned near her and planted a kiss on her cheeks.
"Still shy?" He teased her.
"Ha toh sab aapke jaise beshrm thore hote hai." She said while turning her face to other side.
(Yes. After all not everyone is shameless like you.)
"Acha ji mai beshrm lekin kal raat toh koi.. " Ekansh wasn't able to spoke further as Surbhi covered his mouth with her hands.
(Ok I'm shameless but the night before someone else was saying...)
"Chee Ekansh... Chup kariye aap." Surbhi said removing her hands from his mouth after he licked her palms.
(Eww Ekansh.. Shut up please.)
"Okay." Ekansh said and turned his head to other side.
"Es baar mai aapke jaal mai nai fasungi ... Mujhe apke Sare drama pata hai..." Surbhi said but still Ekansh didn't turned his head.
(I'll not be trapped in your drama this time.. I know you are acting.)
After sometimes when Ekansh didn't turned his head, Surbhi got up from bed with blanket and slowly tried to walk but fell down.
"Ouch.. " She screamed. Ekansh hurriedly got up from the bed and ran towards her.
"Who told you to walk?" He scolded her.
"Toh ab mai chalu bhi na?" She said while hissing in pain.
(So can't I walk now?)
"Chal paogi.?" Ekansh said with raised eyebrows.
(Can you walk?)
Surbhi didn't replied anything to this.
"Tum bhi bahot ziddi ho yaar wifey.." Ekansh said while lifting up her in his arms.
(You're so stubborn wifey.)
"Bs mere bache itni ziddi na ho." Ekansh Mummered.
(I hope my kids won't be this stubborn.)
"Kya kaha aapne Ekansh.?" Surbhi asked.
(What are you saying Ekansh?).
"Nothing." Ekansh said and continued to walk towards the bathroom.
He opened the door with his one hand.
"Ab yaha utar dijiye.." She said.
(You can put me down.)
"Nhi aise kaise utar du.. Kahi firse gir gyi toh.." He innocently said.
(How can i drop you here? What if you fell down?)
"Aap jyda tez mat baniye Ekansh.. Mujhe sab samjh aa rha." She said.
(Don't try to act smart Ekansh.. I am getting what are you tryna do.)
"Smjh aa rha hai toh karne do na jo mai chahta hu." He said while a constant smirk was plastered on his face.
(If you are getting then let me do what I want.)
Hearing him Surbhi started hitting his chest. "Utariye mujhe." She said while hitting him.
(Put me down.)
"Ouch ouch." Ekansh said and let her go.
"Ab bahar jaiye warna mere se bura koi na hoga." Surbhi said while pushing him outside.
(Now leave.)
"Tumse bura koi bhi hai bhi nhi.. Pati ko koi aise marta hai kya.. Dust aurat." Ekansh said while getting pushed outside.
(No one is worse than you.. Who hit their husbands like that?..)
Time Skip to Raghuvanshi Mansion
"Good morning maa." Ekansh said while entering the Hall with Surbhi.
Dada ji, Rajveer, Arjun, Disha, Minakshi, all were sitting on the sofa with tensed face.
Hearing Ekansh's Voice Minakshi got up from her place and came toward him.
She started hitting his shoulder continuously. "Tujhe pata hai kitni tension ho rhi thi mujhe tum dono ki?" She said.
(Did you know how much I was getting worried?)
"Ouch maa.. Lag rhi hai." Ekansh said rubbing his shoulder. Minakshi stopped hitting and turned her face to Surbhi and hugged her.
(Ouch mom.. It's hurting.)
"Phle biwi se pito phir maa se...wah meri kismat." Ekansh thought.
(First get hitted by your wife then by your mother.. What a destiny.)
"I'm sorry Surbhi beta for all this." Minakshi said.
"It wasn't your fault maa. Don't be sorry please." Surbhi said while hugging her back.
"And now everything is fine between us." Surbhi said and broke the hug. She looked at Ekansh and they both smiled looking at each other.
"Really?" Disha said.
"Yes." Ekansh answered. Disha said and ran towards Ekansh and hugged him.
"Now don't you dare to repeat this mistake again." She cried while hugging him.
"I will never." Ekansh said while rubbing Disha's back.
"You better not. Otherwise I'll broke your teeths." Arjun said and came toward Ekansh. They both shared a friendly hug.
"Hey bhagwaan ab meri Surbhi aur gogo ko kisi ki nazar na lage." Minakshi said.
(Please save my Surbhi and gogo from bad omen.)
"Maa... " Ekansh whinned.
Everyone was busy laughing and talking to each other.
Surbhi leaned near Disha's ear and whispered. "By the way you forget to tell me the reason behind this name."
"When he was three years old. Maa used to brought him a chips 'go cheese'. He used to like that very much. So whenever maa has to make him do something she used to give him this."
"One day in school teacher told him to do a sum. He told her "Go go first." When she refused he broke her glasses. She complaint that to maa... From that day maa used to tease him by calling him 'gogo." Disha narrated the whole story.
Surbhi broke into laughter. "What happened?" Ekansh asked in confusion.
"Go go first." Disha said and everyone started laughing.
"You." Ekansh said and ran behind Disha.
"Surbhi save me from your husband." Disha said while running around Surbhi.
Everyone was happy. Like they all well that ends well... Guess that's right..
