Y/n woke up to his phone buzzing and saw Yeji's texts that he didn't expect to see.

Lightfury: Hate you..........

Lightfury: Really..........

Lightfury: UGH! Just wake up already sleepy butt.

Y/n chuckled to himself, knowing Yeji well enough to understand her playful tone. She wasn't actually mad; she was just expressing her frustration in a joking way. He quickly replied:

Pabo: Good morning to you too, Lightfury.

Pabo: What's up?

A few moments later, his phone buzzed again.

Lightfury: Just wanted to say thanks for the hug through Ryujin. It helped.

Lightfury: Good luck today. I know you'll kill it out there.

Y/n smiled, feeling a weight lift off his shoulders. He was relieved that Yeji wasn't holding a grudge against him.

Pabo: Thanks, Yeji. Means a lot. Take care, okay?

Lightfury: Always. Now go win that game!

With a renewed sense of focus, Y/n got out of bed and began his pre-game routine. He knew today was important, not just for the team but for his personal life as well. He wanted to prove himself on the court and show Kazuha and Yeji that he could handle everything life was throwing at him.

Meanwhile, at the Le Sserafim dorm, the girls were gathered around the TV, ready to watch Y/n's game. Kazuha was especially excited, her eyes glued to the screen.

"You seem extra nervous today," Chaewon teased, nudging Kazuha.

"I'm just excited," Kazuha replied, trying to hide her blush. "He promised he'd do his best today."

Yunjin grinned, "Well, let's see if your 'motivation' worked on him."

As the game started, the camera panned over the Seoul Knights' bench, and the girls cheered loudly when they saw Y/n.

"Go, Y/n!" Eunchae shouted, her enthusiasm contagious.

In the second quarter, with the Knights trailing slightly, Y/n made a powerful drive to the basket. With a burst of speed and skill, he evaded defenders and executed a spectacular dunk. He landed with a confident smile, flexing his muscles and looking directly into the camera.

Back at the dorm, Kazuha blushed deeply, her heart racing. The girls burst into cheers and laughter.

"Did you see that?" Yunjin exclaimed. "He's totally showing off for you!"

Kazuha could only smile, feeling a mix of pride and affection. She knew Y/n was trying his best, not just for the team, but for her as well.

As the game intensified, Y/n's focus remained unwavering. However, in a pivotal moment during the third quarter, he positioned himself to take a charge against a driving opponent. With a loud collision, he fell backward onto the hardwood court, grimacing as he clutched his lower back.

On the TV screen, Kazuha gasped, her hand flying to her mouth in shock. "Oh no," she whispered, her heart pounding with worry as she watched Y/n wince in pain.

"He took a hard hit," Chaewon murmured, her expression mirroring Kazuha's concern.

Yunjin leaned forward, her eyes fixed on the screen. "He looks hurt," she said softly.

Meanwhile, at the arena, the medical team rushed onto the court to assess Y/n's injury. He grimaced as he sat up, holding his back while the crowd fell silent, anxious murmurs spreading through the stands.
