Chapter 13:

Hailey's POV:

 I woke up at the sound of my phone ringing I took it and pressed answer "Hello" I said

"Hey there little kid, it's being a long time" A voice said

"who is it?" I said sitting down from my laying possession

"such a shame you forgot about me" the voice said then I remembered

"Frank" I said in a whisper "ding ding ding correct, which means you get to live" he said then laughed "meet me in 30 minutes in the park down the street" he added then hang up

I stood up went to the bathroom washed my face brushed my teeth and put my hair in a ponytail throw on some jean and a shirt took my phone then headed to the door it's Saturday so Blake is still sleeping thank god I made it to the park and looked around to see where Frank is then I felt a hand on my shoulder I turned around and there he stood with Tony by his side

"Hailey honey long time no see I missed you" he said faking a sweet voice and I nodded he walked to the benches and I followed him

"Take a seat" he ordered and I did so"we didn't wanna contact you that much, doesn't mean we forgot about you and now the competition is getting closer just wanted to check up on you" he said then I remembered the competition I totally forget that my life depends on it being with Blake made me forget all of my troubles, and what's worse we didn't even pick a song and he suck at singing I wish I can find that mysterious guy that sang with me the other time I would definitely win

"yeah I'm doing fine the competition too I'm getting ready" I replied and he nodded "so staying with a friend in that building?" he asked

"yeah" I said nodding "good now I don't wanna keep you here any longer, be a good girl and I will see you soon" he said whispering in my ear that disgust me

"yes you will" I replied standing up and jogging back to the building I opened the door to the apartment and there stood black going back and forth and putting his hand throw his hair when he heard the door he turned and ran to me

"Oh my god Hailey, where the hell were you?" he shouted

"I was just taking some fresh air" I said slowly

"god damn it I was worried sick about you, you could've told me" he said now calmer and softer "you were asleep didn't want to wake you up" I replied looking down,

I hate doing this I hate lying to him I wish I could just tell him the whole truth but I can't get him into this "who cares if I was asleep or not you should've woke me up even if it was in the middle of the night you wake me up" he said putting his hand of my cheek and I nodded

"I care for you too much can't stand the idea of you being hurt" he said in a sad voice and I looked up at him with tear in my eyes then hugged him Sorry Blake I never meant to do that I never planned to get attached to you how can I move on from this? How can I forget about him? I thought

"come on let's go get some food it's like 11am now" Blake said and I pulled away nodding and went to my room and got changed into something else then walked back to the living room where Blake was sitting waiting for me and I came to view he looked up and smiled at me and I returned the smile

"so where are we going?" I asked "some place to eat" Blake replied as he started driving

"good" I said then turned on the radio there were Beautiful now by Zedd ft Jon Bellion I started shaking my head to it as Blake drove faster

"Whooo" I screamed and he laughed

"we're beautiful now" Blake singed and weirdly he sounded good "what was that?" I asked as he parked the car "what was what?" he asked confused
