CAVAN'S POV;
Hearing those words from her had an entirely different feeling. Back when I was in England, I never felt anything whenever I heard those words, not that I was that emotionally detached, but that I was used to hearing those words every single time, at work, at home, even online, my fan base. It was a lot, so with time, it wasn't anything new to me. I always wrapped them up with a "Thank you. I appreciate it". But this time, something else came out from my mouth.
"Do you even know the meaning of being in love with someone?"
"..... If not being able to breath when you look at me, not being able to focus when you are around or being restless when you are not there is what it is to fall in love, then, I am deeply in love with you Cavan"
"Are you sure it's not infatuation?" I quirked a brow, why I was asking these questions, I had no idea. And it being an infatuation or not, shouldn't have been my business, but here I was, asking her. My thoughts and my words completely in contrast to each other.
"It's not"
"Prove it"
Prove what?? I screamed inwardly, why on earth would I set a trap as deep as this for myself?!
I expected her to back off, but no, my girl was a competitor. Cavan you are finished.
She placed her small hand on my face and spoke softly. "Do you feel anything?"
I was speechless
She proceeded and walked towards me, closing the gap between us, her face a few inches away. "How about now? Do you also feel the way I am feeling?"
Again, no response.
"Okay.... Seems I'm the only delusional one here. I apologize," she muttered sadly and turned to leave, and then...
Third Person's POV;
"I apologize," she said and turned to leave, but Cavan pulled her back and leaned in to kiss her. Go-Eun squeezed the sides of her trousers, nervously, ignoring the incoming phone calls on her phone. He then deepened the kiss, while she wrapped her arms around his neck, it seemed to be going on forever, till he stopped and looked at her. Go-Eun opened her eyes slowly, her heart racing while she felt unexplainable happiness within. Is this how it feels like? She smiled.
His heart was racing, he suddenly became nervous and self conscious.
"I loved it, and I love you," she smiled affectionately. "Did you feel it too?"
"When did it start?" He muttered faintly to himself.
"You said?"
"Nothing... I felt nothing, So you can quit dreaming now"
