NEWTS POV

I was the first to wake up, but honestly, I'm used to that. I've realised it's November 28th today. It's Tommy's birthday today, I was wondering what I could get him for his birthday. I mean, it was the weekend after all.

I got dressed and headed out. Yes, it was early, and everyone else was sleeping, but at least the shopping centre would be free. I was walking to the shopping centre, blasting music in my headphones.

THOMAS POV

I don't know what time it is, but I just woke up. I was so tired, I looked around and saw Minho still sleeping, but Newt.. he was.. gone? Where's Newt? I got to Minho's bed and shook him awake. He woke up after a bit and groaned, "What?" He said grumpily. "Where's Newt?" I asked, Minho looked at me in such exhaustion. Not in a sleeping type of way, in an annoyed type of way. "Who knows? He could be at the shanking club. I don't know." I just sighed. That response wasn't helpful. I decided to just sit on my phone in bed. Minho decided to go shower, he headed off to the showers, and I was left alone. I couldn't help but worry about Newt.

2 HRS LATER

It's been like 7 hours since Newts been gone, I'm starting to get really worried about him. What if something happened to hi- oh? Never mind, he just walked into the dorm.

"Hey Newtie, where were you?" I asked. He just scoffed at the nickname and told me to stand up. I was confused about why he was asking, but I did stand up. He took something out of his bag and turned to face me once again.

"Happy birthday, Tommy." He smiled, handing me what was in his hand. It was a hoodie, not any ordinary hoodie. It was a Spiderman hoodie. My eyes instantly lit up, especially at the fact he remembered my birthday. "THANK YOU SO MUCH. OMG, AHHH"

NEWTS POV

I saw him jump in excitement. Seconds later, he threw his arms around my neck, hugging me. I hugged him back, placing my hands on his hips. He broke the hug and backed up. He put on the hoodie, and he looked so damn good in it. Minho walked into the room, and he looked confused. "What's going on." He asked, I just smiled and responded. "It's Tommy's birthday." Minho looked shocked, "shittt, happy birthday, you ugly shank." He said, smiling and hitting Thomas's shoulder.

LATER ON

THOMAS POV

All of us we're in Teresa's dorm. She threw a small party for me, I was happy. I got a lot more gifts than I expected to get.

Everyone was enjoying the party, I saw Newt talking with Lizzie, I walked over to him, and he noticed me almost instantly. He waved me over, "Hey Tommy!" He said, smiling. I said hey back, and we talked for a bit. I kept seeing Lizzie hit Newts foot with her foot a couple of times. Newt brushed it off with an annoyed look towards her. I wonder what that was about.

We all sat down and decided to play truth or dare. It started with me because I was the 'birthday boy'. I just picked Minho, and he ended up picking the truth, so I just asked a random one. We kept playing until Minho asked Newt, Newt, of course, picked dare.

"I dare you to.. kiss Thomas."

Once again, Minho asked Newt to kiss me. I knew what he was doing, and I sighed. It wasn't going to happen. "I'm just going to head out." I said, standing and walking out.

NEWTS POV

everyone was yelling at me that I should've kissed him instantly, but you know what, I've had it. I got up and followed after Tommy. "Tommy, wait!" He stopped after hearing me. "Newt? Why are you following..?" He seemed upset, I took a deep breath in, and spoke, "You forgot something." He looked confused, "Huh..?" He whispered, I grabbed his hips and pulled him close. "Newt..?" He mumbled, I sighed. He was about to speak, but I freed one of my hands and pulled his chin up and...

..kissed him.

THOMAS POV

Newts kissing me, NEWTS KISSING ME. My heart was pounding, and my eyes were wide. Once I realised this was happening, I kissed him back. Something I've been wanting to do for ages. It was finally happening, I felt his hand drop down as both of them grabbed my waist. I put my hands in his hair. He was a good kisser.

He broke the kiss, our lips still barely parted. I was going to speak till he joined our lips once again. I felt him shift and break the kiss again. My breathing was slightly heavier, along with his. My face was burning, and my heart was exploding.

"FINALLY!" Minho yelled, his head peaking from the room. "FUCK OFF MINHO, YOURE RUINUNG THE MOMENT" Newt yelled at him. I laughed at his reaction, Minho went back in, probably telling everyone. "Happy birthday, Tommy." Newt mumbled. "Best gift ever." I smiled softly. Newt put his head down on my shoulder, mumbling into my shoulder, "You do not know how long I wanted to do that.." I smiled, along with a breathy laugh. "Right back at you." I said. He lifted his head, confused. "You liked me this whole time.?" I just laughed, "I had a heart attack when you were beside me, you idiot." It was small pause after that..

"Your idiot.." he mumbled, looking off to the side, avoiding eye contact. I smiled, "My idiot?" I asked, and he didn't respond. "I.. love you, Tommy." The words made me freeze. it's all I ever wanted to hear. "I love you too." He smiled, his smile comforted me. I stood up on my tippy toes and kissed him on the forehead. "Want to go back?" He hesitated, but nodded. I walked back as he followed me. We instantly got bombarded with questions. So many damn questions.

LATER

we stumbled back into our own dorm after getting bombarded with about 1000 questions. Both of us settled into our own beds, Minho was staying with Teresa. I was staring at the ceiling, thinking about what happened today. I sat up and looked at Newt in his bed. I got up and walked towards his, sitting on his bed. And to my surprise, he opened his arms. I smiled, laying on top of him, my hands in his hair, as he held me.

Surprisingly, he fell asleep first, I was still awake. I was fiddling with his hair. It was as fluffy as it looked. I loved his hair. I loved his boy so much, I love him so so much. My dreams are finally coming true.

I started dozing off.
