Speed and Cold are Opposites - Snowbarry

Preparing

In the Pipeline:

"Will you please stop crying, Iris?!" Cisco said he was very annoyed. "Wally is going to be fine! He has speed healing, remember?"

"Okay." Iris said, holding back her tears.

Then the pipeline doors opened.

"Hello again." Barry said.

"What are you doing here?" Oliver asked.

"Are you finally letting us out?" Cisco asked optimistically.

"I still need your help." Barry let everyone out of their cells. "But this time is going to be different. I checked the entire building, and destroyed every last veil of Velocity X there was, so this will not happen again. Also, Killer Frost deleted every mention of how to make more Velocity X from every computer in the building; including Felicity's."

"Hey!" Felicity protested.

"So from now on there are going to be rules."

"What kind of rules?" Diggle asked.

"Well... Last time Frost was incapacitated so she couldn't do anything, but now - as you could tell - " He looked at Wally. "she's fine now. Which means, that all of you are going to do whatever she says. NO EXCEPTIONS (Which also means me)."

There were a couple of seconds of silence.

"Well?" Barry asked. "Let's go! We've got aliens to catch!"

In the Cortex:

"Oh! You're finally back!" Killer Frost said to Barry.

"Yep! And I brought them."

"Good! First things first, Felicity and Cisco, I need you to help track the aliens' new hiding spot since Barry checked and they aren't at Argus anymore."

"Okay." Cisco and Felicity said at the same time.

"Iris and Joe, you can go back to your normal lives... for now."

"Fine." Iris said and left, she was obviously angry.

"Everyone else, we're going to train!"

After that, only Cisco and Felicity were still at the Cortex.

Cisco looked over to where the Velocity X was stored last time.

"Don't bother, " Felicity said. "I've already looked at every possible place, Barry was telling the truth, there's no Velocity X in the Cortex, not even in my computer."

"So what are we going to do? We have no way of beating him, especially with Killer Frost all up and running again." Cisco asked.

"We listen to them."

"What?"

"We do what they say, and help them defeat the aliens. We need to defeat the alien either way, so at least we're doing it without fighting more people."

"Okay. So how are we going to find them?"

"That's a good question."

Outside S.T.A.R. Labs:

Oliver, Wally, Dig, and Lyla were fighting Barry - who was going easy on them - as Killer Frost observed.

"Come on!" Barry said as he punched and kicked Wally in the face. "You have to do better than that if you wanna defeat the aliens!"

"It's not as easy as it looks to fight a person with super speed!" Oliver said.

"You have to knock Barry to the ground at least once if you want the training to end." Killer Frost said.

"And what if we can't?" Dig asked.

"Then you'll be training here forever!"

Then Oliver figured it out, Barry was always attacking them one by one, and then returning to a set point.

"Dig!" He said quietly using comms so Barry wouldn't hear him. "He's always going back to that point!"

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Wally asked.

"Let's do it!" Both Dig and Lyla said at the same time.

Wally, Dig, and Lyla all attacked Barry at the same time, so he threw lightning at them, knocking them to the ground, but just when he was going to go back, Oliver shot a perfect arrow, that exploded right in front of Barry, knocking him to the ground.

"Yes!" They all said at the same time.

"Great!" Barry said excitedly as he got up. "Finally!"

"I'm impressed." Killer Frost said. "I thought it'll take you all day to realize he moves in a really dumb way."

"I was going easy on you, but it's still impressive nonetheless."

"So are we done with the training?" Wally asked.

"For today." Frost answered.

Back in the Cortex:

"I think I've got something!" Felicity said.

"What is it?" Cisco asked.

"I'm reading a HUGE amount of energy from an old warehouse just outside Central City."

"I'm hacking the security cameras."

They both looked at the security footage and were shocked.

"There are too many of them!" Felicity said.

"What are we going to do?!" Cisco said. *Definitely not a Star Wars reference*

"We are going to beat them." Killer Frost said as all of them entered the Cortex.

"You finished training?" Cisco said.

"Yes, " Frost said. "and I see you successfully tracked them down. Good job."

"Now we just need to train for a couple more days and we're set to defeat them." Barry said.
