Does your gaze hold the storms you've been through?
Does your chest suffocate from thoughts alone?

Does it contain the remanants of pain, the scars that still ache to this day?
Are you laid cold on the floor like a corpse miserable from within?

Is his name echoing in the silence of your heart throb?
Do you choke up when you think of it, does it have a grasp on your throat?

Does your head echoes with bangs? Perhaps it is the knocks of death.
Are you wishing for strength that you never had?

Are you escaping the reality with your eyes closed.
Like the prey before predator, lifeless before a poisoned glove.

The touch is reminiscent but in all the worst ways.
The feeling of belonging now turned sour.
