Violet-Cricket: Transformers Prime

Violet-Cricket is an autobot who crush landed in a stasis pod. But the decepticons got to her before her team and brother could. What happens when she wakes from stasis with minimal memories? Will she ever rejoin the autotbots? Read to find out while following her journey through Transformers Prime. This story begins at the end of Transformers Prime season 1 and will continue onto the end of season 3.

(Autobot base) Third Persons POV

"We're sorry Optimus, we failed to retrieve the stasis pod" Arcee says sadly.

"Any idea who was in the stasis pod?" he asks them.

"None" Bulkhead answers.

"We know it was a stasis pod. But couldn't discover if it was one of ours or theirs. Or if there was a life-form inside" Arcee explains.

'I think my sister was inside' Bumblebee beeps.

"What makes you say that Bumblebee?" Bulkhead asks.

'On side of stasis pod was mark, a mark she and I made up before we left Cybertron. Before the war' Bee explains to them.

"Doesn't mean it was her in the stasis pod Bumblebee" Ratchet tells him.

"Regardless, we must attempt to retrieve that stasis pod or find out if it was occupied. If Bumblebee's sister was inside. We will save her" Optimus tells them. They all nod their heads in agreement.

(Nemesis Med bay) Third Persons POV

"So who's inside?" Breakdown asks Knockout. Who is examining the stasis pod.

"Exactly what I wish to know" Megatron states as he enters the room with Soundwave.

"Well it's a femme bot and an autobot at that" Knockout states. Soundwave looks at her and pulls up a file on his vaser.

"Violet-Cricket, sister of the autobot scout Bumblebee. Warrior" Megatron reads and smirks. "Is there way you can erase her memories?" he asks Knockout.

"It'll be tricky, but doable" Knockout tells him.

"How long?" Megatron asks.

"A solar cycle, maybe more. I can't erase everything, otherwise she'll be a sparkling in an adult femme body" Knockout tells him. "It'll be a delicate procedure" he states.

"Erase her memories of being an autobot, make her believe she is one of us. That she despises her brother" Megatron tells him. Knockout nods his helm and Breakdown left with Megaton. Leaving Soundwave to help Knockout with the delicate procedure of modifying the autobot femme's processor.

Violet-Cricket's POV

I open my blue optics blinking as they adjust to the light. I see I'm in some sort of medical bay and my helm is pounding. I groan as I sit up holding it. "Whoa, take it easy" a red mech says helping me sit up. "You got banged up pretty bad" he tells me with a reassuring smile.

"What happened? Where am I?" I ask him confused.

"First what do you remember? Do you remember your name?" he asks me.

"Violet-Cricket, though I prefer being called Violet or Cricket. I was in a shuttle heading to meet up with someone. When I was shot at, I escaped my ship in stasis pod" I explain.

"It's how we found you, in a stasis pod. Was a pretty rough landing though, your helm was badly damaged" he tells me.

"Explains the helm ache" I grumble. "What's your designation? Where are we?" I ask him curious.

"I'm Knockout, head medic here and we're in the med bay on the Nemesis" he tells me.

"The decepticon warship" I state.

"Yeah, we've been waiting for you" he tells me. "We can use all the help we can get" he states.

"You were waiting for me?" I ask confused. "I'm a decepticon?" I ask as I look at my servos. That doesn't sound right, but why would he lie?

"Of course, you have our mark" he states gesturing to my arm. I look to see he is right, I have a purple decepticon symbol on my arm. But why don't I remember getting it or being a con? Why does this feel wrong? "Like I said your helm was badly damaged, it may take sometime for your memories to return" he tells me.

"I guess you're right" I say with a sigh.

"Anyway, we should go. I assured Lord Megatron I'd bring you to him when you woke" he states. I nod my helm and he helps me to me pedes. He lead the way to the bridge.

"Ah Violet-Cricket, I see you're awake" Megatron says with a smile. I don't trust it. "I take it you are well" he says.

"Helm is sore and my memory is hazy. But otherwise I feel fine" I assure him.

"I see no reason why she can't return to duty my lord, with someone there to monitor her vitals" Knockout states.

"Very well, but she will need a vehicle mode first" Megatron states. "And you will be in charge of her Knockout" he adds. Knockout nods his helm.

"Soundwave, we'll need a ground bridge" Knockout states. A dark mech with a visor nods his helm. Looking at Megatron who nods. A green portal appears.

"Space bridge?" I ask as I look at it.

"Ground bridge" Knockout corrects me. "It allows us to go anywhere on this planet, though we are building a space bridge" he tells me. I nod my helm and we go through it. We end up on a cliff over looking a road of sorts. With lots of vehicles on it. "Take your pick" he tells me gesturing to the vehicles.

I look at all the options. I zone in on one car in particular. I scan it and transform. Revving the engine. "Nice choice" Knockout praises and transforms in a red car. "Lets drive" he tells me and takes off. I follow him.

"Want to race?" I ask him. He revs his engine in answer. "First to the canyon wins" I tell him and take off towards it. He follows and wins by an inch. "I'll beat you next time" I tell him.

"Dream on Violet" he tells me with a chuckle.

"Knockout" a mech says over the comm system.

"What is it Breakdown?" he asks.

"Lord Megatron is wondering what's taking so long" Breakdown states.

"Violet was just testing her new vehicle mode" Knockout tells him.

"You both were racing, weren't you?" Breakdown asks.

"Yes" Knockout admits.

"Well return to base, we got a mission" Breakdown tells him.

"Soundwave got a new location for us?" Knockout asks.

"Yep" Breakdown states.

"Soundwave, this is Knockout and Violet-Cricket. We request a bridge back to the base" he states. One appears and we go through it. We transform once we reach the ship. Another mech is with Soundwave. Our bridge closes and another appears.

"Lets go" Breakdown states. Knockout nods and looks at me.

"Don't cause to much trouble in my absence" Knockout tells me.

"Me cause trouble? never" I tell him. He left with Breakdown. I look at Soundwave. "So where am I bunking?" I ask him. He gestures me to follow him and I do so. He lead me to my quarters and then left me to settle myself in. While I sit on my berth, I try to remember my past. But every-time my helm starts pounding. I give up and lay down on the berth. Guess I'll remember when the time is right.
