"What is she doing?" Cristina asked. She is stood with Leilani, Meredith and George in the locker room, staring at Alex and Izzie giggling.

"She's hanging out with Alex." George murmured.

"Why?" Leilani asked, scrunching her nose up.

"I don't know." George uttered out. "I think... think they, uh, might be friends."

Make the lambs stop screaming." He whispered.

Leilani, Meredith and Cristina slowly turned to look at him and he walked away.

Leilani and the interns are walking down the hall.

"You guys are wrong about him, all right? Once you get to know him, he's really sweet." Izzie said.

"He's Alex." George said.

"Punk-Ass." Cristina said as they caught up with Bailey and Alex on the catwalk.

"Hey, Greys, Izzie was telling me you have tapes of your mom preforming surgery. I'd kill to see the Ellis Grey in action." Alex said, walking backwards.

Leilani shot him a glare.

"Hey, you know what? Maybe you can come over tonight and we call all watch it together, right?" Izzie suggested, looking back at Meredith and Leilani.

"No. Definitely not." Leilani said.

"Oh, yeah, if this were a hell dimension." Meredith murmured.

"Run away, pig boy." Cristina said.

Alex turned around and continued to follow Bailey as George stepped in front of Izzie.

"Do you have a thing for Alex?" George asked.

"No." Izzie said.

"Oh." Cristina said.

"I don't." Izzie denied.

"Oh." Cristina shared a look with Leilani and Meredith.

"Are we saving lives or having a tea party? Walk faster, people." Bailey demanded.

"Well, i'd say neither considering there's no life in front of us that we can be saving nor is there any tea or a party." Leilani said, walking next to Bailey as the others scurried behind.

"Don't get smart with me." Bailey said, glaring at her.

Leilani sent her an innocent smile and skipped ahead. She was finally in a good mood and everyone noticed and didn't want to accidentally upset her because Leilani in a bad mood is not good for anyone.

"Mr. Gaston is scheduled for a resection non-small cell carcinoma today. He did well overnight, has remained afebrile. He's had a dose of ceftriaxone this morning." Cristina started.
