The Requirements For Love (Trafalgar Law x OC x Eustass Kid) (revising )

Morning after (new)

Law hisses as he spreads his cheeks to look for blood in the mirror. He had feared he was going to end up bleeding the whole time Eustass had been inside him. He sighed in relief when no blood came into sight, slightly surprised that was the case. He quickly dressed, wincing as he pulled his pants over his rear.

When he exits the bathroom, he sighs again at the empty bed. Kid had left before he woke that morning. He should have known it was only a one time, no strings attached thing. Even after Kid promised him breakfast. He pushes down his disappointment, deciding to go to a nearby place for breakfast on his own.

As he enters, he couldn't help, but to notice Alexis sitting at a table by herself, her face from the previous night coming to mind. he slowly approaches her, fighting the awkwardness he felt trying to bubble up. "Hey." He says to her.

Alexis freezes upon hearing the voice of one of the men she loved, but could never have. She squeezes her eyes shut for a split second as she thought about how he was with someone else and obviously didn't want her.

She put on a smile as she looks up at him. "Hey, Law! Fancy seeing you here." She stopped herself from using her usual nickname for him as she didn't want anyone to think she was trying to move in on a taken man. He frowns slightly as he made note of this.

"Yeah, fancy. I guess. Mind if I sit?" He asks. She shakes her head and he sits with a wince.

"Are you okay?" She asks him seeing him wince. "Do you need anything?"

"Oh, I'm fine, just a little sore from last night. Eustass-ya kept me busy for awhile. Thank you for letting me join you. Thought I would have company for breakfast, but I woke up alone so I'm glad for the company." Who needed that asshole anyway?

She made a face when he mentioned waking up alone. Did that bastard just one night stand this amazing man? Here she was starting to actually like the red head and he just used the guy who deserved so much. "Of course, I also enjoy your company. Plus I don't like eating alone and the rest of my crew is still out cold from all the partying they did last night."

"Speaking of last night.....are YOU okay?" Law asks her suddenly. "You looked, almost....hurt?" Concern showed on his face. Her eyes widen, mask slightly faltering. She sighs before smiling, easily hiding her pain behind the mask of false cheer.

"No, everything is fine." She quickly changed topics. "So....you like men?" She wasn't going to ruin her friendship with Law over some hurt feelings. It was obvious he preferred men anyway. He slightly chokes on the water he took a sip of.

"Uh...I mean.... I've never liked men before Eustass-ya. For a good reason. I thought I was just into women before him." Especially her, but Law wasn't going to mess things up with her. Plus he was pretty sure she had a thing for Shachi since she is always hanging out with him and Pen. He knew it wasn't Pen, because he knew something just hadn't figured out for himself yet.

She gave him a confused look. So he liked women, just not her? He never showed interest when she openly flirted with him. Sadness flashed in her eyes before she squashed it down. She rolled her eyes. "Tell me about it. I absolutely hated that man before Wano, but after everything that happened here, I gained a little respect for him." She tilts her head. "So, are you two officially together? Because if that was a one night stand I'm going to beat his ass. You deserve better than that."

"I appreciate the sentiment. I don't really know, honestly. I thought we were going to be something after hearing him proclaim such, but after this morning I..." Law was interrupted.

"Trafalgar!"

"Eustass-ya?" Law turns to see the man approaching him. Kid grabs his head gently and kisses him before pulling back.
