CHAPTER 18 A TALK

This is just a small warning but a bit into the chapter talks about stillbirth so if you aren't comfortable with that please skip ahead.

After my 'claiming' I was ushered into the big house by the twin gods and sat down at a chair with the twins and Mr D.

Now it's just awkward silence with me in a chair surrounded by three gods. This is going to be a fun story to tell.

"How is this possible?" Mr D spoke holding a diet soda and looking at his half brother and sister.

"I don't know, I didn't know that they could have human kids!" Apollo said panicking and Artemis was just standing there.

"Well we have to tell father" Mr D suggested and I shot a look at him.

"Uh can we not do that?" I said but before Artemis could answer Apollo spoke up.

"He probably already knows!" I rolled my eyes. I was starting to get a little pissed off because I have no idea what is going on.

"You two shut up!" Artemis yelled and they both stopped talking. She walked up to me and went down to my level.

"I am only going to ask you this once and you better be honest" I nodded and she continued talking.

"Are you sure your parents are actually your parents?" I looked at her dumbfounded and honestly I was a little bit pissed off.

"Yes! I was born from my mother, there is photo proof that I was born!" I yelled at them and Apollo gave me a weird look.

"That's not all is it?" The sun god asked me and they still looked at me, and all I did was nod. I stayed quiet for a few seconds before talking.

"My parents told me that when I was born  at first the doctors said that I was a stillborn but by some miracle I was revived and the doctors had no idea how it happened, they said it must have been a gift from god or something" I looked over to the sun god and his face was only just pure shock.

"Stellar I think that your godly parent sent you over when she knew that the baby born that day was dead. I mean she is the goddess of death so she knows when someone dies. So she swapped you and the still born without anybody noticing" Apollo finished talking and ten room fell silent. I didn't believe it because when I looked at my DNA chart from Miguel's office and part of my DNA was from the earth I was 'born' in.

"But I know what my DNA looks like I've seen it!" I yelled as I stood up and was about to leave but Artemis grabbed my arm to stop me.

"You can't leave we have to take you to Olympus to discuss this more!" She scolded me while trying to pull me back.

"Let me go Черт возвмй" I yelled as I shrugged her off and ran towards Thalia's tree but I stayed on the inside of
the boarder.

I sat there for what felt like hours and only had my thoughts running through my head, I got up and was about to leave when a very familiar voice caught my attention.

"Hey stellar, how have you've been?" I turned around to see Jessica standing there a few feet away from me.

Nothing just mattered to me anymore not even the fact that my spider sense was going off like crazy because I ran towards her and hugged her as tight as I could until I noticed that she had a flat belly, I released her from my hug and look down and saw that her baby bump was gone.

"You had your baby" I stated and she nodded when I looked at her, I didn't ask her anymore questions cause I started crying and she just hugged me.

"Jess I found out who my real mother is and I have no idea what is going to happen" I kept on crying while she held me, when she loosened her hug I fell to my knees with tears streaming down my face.

"You are going to be ok. Everything will be okay" Jess said to me as she knelt down, I heard voices behind me and Jess did too because we both looked into the direction of the camp entrance to see the three gods, some of the Greek and Roman campers came too.

"Stellar come back over!" Thalia yelled as she made it to the front of the group and stood next to her sister.

I looked over to Thalia and saw the desperation in her eyes and in her voice. That's when my spider senses started going off so much that I might gain a headache. I looked over to Jess and her eyes were filled with guilt, I looked over her shoulder and saw the portal open up but when I tried to run I felt something jab my neck and everything started to become dark.

I heard shouting and saw Thalia yelling my name while running towards me but somebody blocked and I was being picked up and carried to the portal while slipping into unconsciousness.

Everything faded into black not long after me and the person carrying me went into the portal.

I slowly opened my eyes and noticed that I wasn't in my bed in the big house. I shot up and took a quick look around the room that j oh was in.

The walls were white and so was the bed, I was still in my spider suit, so that was good. The room didn't have any windows but only a door, I got up and walked over to the door trying to get it opened but it was locked.

I started screaming for help hoping that somebody would hear me but that didn't work. It only took me a second to realize where I am.

I'm back at the spider society.

I was starting to panic until I heard the door unlock so I climbed up the wall into a corner with the most shadows. When the door opened the figure that came in was Jess and that just pissed me off.

"Stellar I know you're in here, come out of the corner" she looked over to where I was hiding and I kinda cursed in my head.

So I slowly climbed down so that me feet were on the ground and I was facing her, I was hugging myself and giving her a glare and she only stared at me with a serious face.

"Stop glaring at me like that, we did what we had to do" she said but I said nothing and after a few seconds her face changed from serious to guilt.

"Stellar I'm sorry for how it happened but we knew that if you were inside that boarder then we couldn't reach you"

"So your best bet was to wait until I was vulnerable and breaking down emotionally after a discovery and then you decide to abduct me. Как, черт возьми, это имеет смысл?!" I yelled as I switched to Russian and it somehow confused her for a second.

"I really am sorry stellar and I hope you can understand that soon" she said as she left the room closed the door and locked it.

I screamed at the top of my lungs and started using my powers to hit the door and the walls. It took a bit but I somehow exhausted myself and plopped down on the bed and started to sob in the pillow.

Wishing and hoping that somebody lets me out...

I shot up as I heard a voice in my head.

What if you took your anger out on somebody else?

I heard the voice whisper in my ear like it was giving me an idea.

Show them your power! Show them who they decided to imprison!

I felt a smirk form on my lips as I started to think of ways I could my revenge out on him.

Show them who is the princess of the shadows.
