Harry: (His P.O.V.)

God she looked amazing. Her eyes met mine as she walked down the aisle and I couldn’t help but smile sadly at her. I had loved her since the 1st grade, if that was possible, and now here she was marrying another guy. he didn’t tell her how beautiful she looked everyday, or how she made him feel, or even just call to say I love you. I could do all of those things, but I had never asked her out. I had tried, but said that it was just a joke. I sat down and stared in awe of him. The preacher began to drone on about love, and how it only comes once in a lifetime. God he was right. In my entire life, it had always been her. I had never felt the same about any other girl, only Y/N. They said their I do’s and I couldn’t help but notice how she kept looking over to me. I was crying now as the preacher began to say “And if there is any reason that these to should not be married, speak now or forever hold your peace.” I bit my lip. She wasn’t happy with him, I could make Y/N a million times happier. After a moment of silence, the preacher opened his mouth, but I stood up and said “Wait, this can’t happen.” His eyes widened, and I stepped from the bench into the middle aisle. “Y/N, I can’t take this anymore. Loom at yourself. You don’t look happy. If I was the one holding your hand right now, your smile would be a million times wider. I know that this is a special day for you, but it’s not right. You need to be with me, someone who can tell you how much he loves you, and needs you. He doesn’t do any of that.” Tears left her face and I started to feel terrible, for ruining this moment for her. “Harry.” she began and I wiped my eyes. “Please, let’s just go… anywhere. Please Y/N?” She looked from me to her almost husband. Her eyes apologetic to him, she let his hand go and she ran to me, throwing her arms around my neck. “Let’s go Harry.” I smiled and lifted her in my arms and carried her out of the church to my car. With one swift motion I placed her in the car, then got in myself. “You won’t regret this,  swear.” I said and she grabbed my hand “I know Harry, I know.”

There I was standing at the end of the aisle this time, and I could not be more nervous. Sure I was getting married, but that’s not what my concern was. I was afraid that the same thing that I did to him would happen to me. That someone was going to steal this beautiful woman right out from under me, just like I had. Right at the very end of the ceremony, I had confessed my  love, and she said yes to me. I will never forget the look of pain in his eyes as I hugged her closes and scooped her up taking Y/N from him forever. The music started and I looked down, shaking from nervousness. I looked up and saw her coming towards me, bright smile, and a stunning dress. She had made it maybe halfway down when the man she “Once Loved” stopped her halfway, and whispered in her ear. She looked from me to him, and I stood there in awe. Was this really going to happen to me? She looked at me apologetically then grabbed his hands and started running. I was not going to lose her, so I started to run after her, endlessly. “Harry! Harry!” she was screaming my name. “Harry!” I heard one last time before I was in the dark, breathing hard in a cold sweat. Y/N was right there, that gold band still on her finger, and she was looking at me concerned. A dream, it was all a dream. I looked at her, and then held her close. “What’s wrong love?” I shook my head and laid back down, hugging her perfect body close. “Nothing love, I’m fine now that I have you.” I said and she pecked my lips gingerly and then she said “I love you Harry, only you.” I nodded and prayed that would be true forever.

Zayn: (His P.O.V.)

I sat on the curb right in front of the little chapel, and played with the ring in my fingers. I looked to it and sighed. Y/N would have one on her finger in a few hours, but it wouldn’t be mine. If only I had ever told her how much I really wanted her to, then maybe she would have… No I’m just being stupid now. She would never pick me over him. He had everything. A stable job, he wasn’t bad looking, and well, he was just better than me, the one you would want to take home to your family at Christmas holidays. I looked up at the darkening clouds and put the ring back into the box. “Are you going to do it?” a gruff voice said. Harry sat next to me and grabbed the velvet box from my hand. I sighed “I don’t know mate. I don’t think she would pick me over him.” He clapped my back “Look, Y/N is incredibly happy whenever you’re around her. I think that if you love her as much as you say you do, then it’s worth a shot.” I nodded “Maybe man.” I felt a couple of sprinkles, and he got  up. “You coming man?” I shook my head “No, I’m going to stay out here for a while, I’ll be inside when it starts.” He nodded and handed the box back to me, then left patting my shoulder. I sat there getting soaked, my hair and clothes ruined. I shook my hair out, and sighed. I might as well give it a try I thought getting up. I looked at my watch, and saw the ceremony had already started. “Shit.” I ran to the church and threw the doors open, Y/N already standing there, holding his hand. “Stop! Just wait one minute.” I burst and ran down the aisle. I reached her just as the outburst from the crowd stopped. “Y/N, I really need you to hear me out.” Her shocked eyes looked from me to him, but she said “What about?” Her fiance stood there, eyes bulging. “Y/N, please, I need a chance. I know I’m not the perfect guy like he is, but I can try. I’ll cover my tattoos when we go to your parent’s house, or I’ll stop smoking. I know how much you hate that. I just really want to be with you. And I know I’m so stupid for doing this now, but I was just a little too late. Please.” I whispered my last words. She took a deep breath and turned to him “Look, you are really amazing, but you’re too perfect. I don’t need perfect, I need someone fun. I’m sorry.” She slipped the engagement ring off her finger, and handed it to him. And with a peck on the cheek she let his hand go. She hugged me, and whispered in my ear “I’m all yours stupid.” I smiled and hugged her tighter “Forever?” she nodded “Forever.”
