The grounds of the palace of vijayprasth was cheering up for the princess Aayudhi.
She was finally stepping in the battlefield even though her parents weren't actually with the idea but they didn't had any choice.Anirudh was laying on his bed as he weakly gazed at his sister who was standing beside his bed.
"Aayudhi please don't go he's really fierce I saw him fight yesterday he's unstoppable he was killing without any emotions the only thing you'll see in his eyes is death"
"No matter how powerful the enemy is I'm not raised to be a coward"
"Aayudhi there's a difference between being a coward and being clever you have to be clever to defeat him listen to me and don't go on the war today I'm having a bad feeling "
"Anirudh I think you're forgetting that I'm Aayudhi the warrior princess. I'm born to fight"
"You're not understanding me at all. He's the death himself. I saw death in his eyes see how powerful his single blow was that I can't even move my leg!"
"And that's exactly why I'm stepping in the battlefield today. To avenge of what he did to you I'll cut his thigh the same way and make him cry for mercy"
"You're not listening to me. You're blinded by revenge that you don't even see what's happening"
"He used dirty tricks to harm you. He used deception and I'll not let him get away with it"
"Deception?"
"Yes pitashri told me how he used the deception and through cheating he harmed you-"
Before I can complete my sentence out senapati Agastya entered the tent
"Rajkumari Aayudhi chlne ka samay aagya hai"he said giving a quick glance to anirudh.
I nodded and picked up my sword.
I smiled at anirudh and ran my hand through his silky locks"Take care"
"Come back alive Aayudhi"
"Don't worry I'll not die that easily"
I followed agastya outside the tent making our way to where our army was.
As compared to yesterday our army have surely decreased in number. With the corner of my eyes I saw the widows wearing white with their kids holding onto them tightly.
This was took Everything from them.A war never brings happiness even if you win.
Because the only thing you'll get at war is destruction.Making my way to the centre I saw my father already on his chariot.
I usually don't wear armour head because they were so large for a female's head.
I took the white cloth roopmani handed over to me and I wrapped it around my face.
I made my hair in a braid and tucked it inside the white cloth.
The cloth covered my whole face leaving my eyes to see.My sister ambika gave me a tilak and then applied the tilak on my sword.
"Aayudhi vijayi bhava"she said and I nodded at her and then bended to touch her feet.
I turned to my sister mohini to do the same and she smiled at me.
I finally bended to touch my mother's feet but she stepped back and looked away
"Humse aapko ashirwaad nhi mil payega aayudhi"she said and turned to leave.
I saw her figure as she walked away from me.
"Unki bat par dhyan mat Dena"dushala said and then hugged me
"Zinda aana""Aayenge"
I then got on my horse and gave a nod to my sisters.
