4. The Plot Has Started

Time flies by really fast. One second I am applying to college and prepping for senior graduation then the next day is my graduation day. I woke up early today to get dolled up for the big day. I open my closet and skim through my clothes. I took out a black short dress and black high heels. Setting it to the side, I put my curling iron on my vanity and open my makeup bag. Then I grab my towel to go to the bathroom and take a shower. Washing my hair got me into a singing mood, so I started singing random songs. Today is such a good day. Walking out of the bathtub, I check the time. '9:00 AM'. I have two more hours to finish getting ready. (YOU GUYS IDK HOW GRADUATION WORKS IN HIGH SCHOOL I AM A 2020 GRADUATE–) Walking out of the bathroom, I heard my mom greeting Ken downstairs.

"Congratulations Ken!"

"Hahaha! Thank you, Mom!"

"Glad to see you come this far boy." Taking a peek downstairs, Dad is patting Kens back. Ken looked up and saw me in a towel. Waving at Ken, he turned red and waved back.

Going back to my room, I started to get ready. After half an hour later, I put on my graduation gown and hat. I walk downstairs to meet everyone else, but I realize that Ken's mom is not around.

"Where's mom?" I look up at Ken. He scratches the side of his head.

"Mom said she's going on a business trip."

"Aww, what a shame. I wanted to share this moment with her. Tell her I miss her." Ken chuckles.

"Will do."

Ken and I walk out of my house together to head to school with my parents.

"Wait!! We need to take pictures! Ken get in with Y/n."

Mom brought out her phone to take a picture of us. Smiling for the pictures, I decided to wrap my arm around Ken's and pose. Ken stifled then relaxed.

"Let's take another one. This one wasn't good enough."

Putting out the peace pose, Ken followed along.

"This one is good! Ima sends this picture to you hun."

Whipping my phone out I pointed at my phone.

"It'll be faster if you airdrop it to us."

"Okay but let me airdrop it to Ken first."

"What? Mom, me too it's just one picture."

"One for you, but two for him."

"What?"

Bing~

Looking down and accepting my mom to airdrop me the photo; Curious about what is Ken's second photo I took a peek in his phone. Unfortunately, he hid it.

"Whyyy I wanna see, what did mom send you."

"No, it's a secret."

"Fine you meanie."

Going inside my parent's car, I waited for Ken and mom finish their conversation as I sat alone with Dad.

"What do you think they're talking about Dad?"

"I don't know sunshine, I'm not there to know."

"I know, but I thought you had a clue of what."

"Oh, there's a cool bird over there." Dad points at the right, looking at the direction he pointed at, there was no bird.

"Right.."

Ken and Mom finally went inside the car. When the door opened, I had a big whiff of Ken's cologne. Buckling our seatbelts, Das asks us all, "Are you ready?" We all agreed as he drove us to school to get our diplomas.
