I returned to our room after a pretty busy day. I haven't seen Lando much, he just came by for a quick check but he was pretty busy for the rest of the day. 

Which was fine because so was I.

He texted me an hour ago that he was already leaving and going back to the room. I replied that he could go without me because I had a few things to do still.

When I walked in the room, Lando was laying in bed, scrolling on his phone.
He was shirtless and the air conditioning was on full blast.

Guess he wasn't really used to this heat either. He was a London boy after all.

He looked up from his phone, immediately smiled at me. "Wow you look beautiful"

"Oh liar" I chuckled. "I am all sweaty and stuff"

"I like you all sweaty and stuff" he laughed, put his phone away and opened his arms. "Cuddles?"

"I should check on Elena first" I said as I pointed at the other room.

Luckily Lando always got the suite, which meant we always had an extra room.

"I already fed her and put her to sleep baby" he tilted his head. "No excuses here"

Fuck, he was absolutely amazing.

"You're the best" I said as I crawled next to him. "But like I said, I'm all sweaty and smelly"

He put his face in my neck and kissed my neck a few times. "You smell amazing baby"

Even though it was extremely hot here, we still wanted to cuddle constantly.
It also helped that he put the air conditioning on freezing cold.

"I saw Savannah in the paddock" I said. I was laying on his chest so I couldn't see his face but I didn't need to see his face because he was honest. "I saw her in the hospitality as well"

"Did she say something?" I asked.

"Oh she tried to" he said, brushing his fingers against my back. "But I pretty much ignored her"

"She said you and her had a thing" I said softly. I wasn't sure if I actually wanted to know if it was true or not.

It would kill me but on the other hand, we weren't dating or anything back then.

"Okay" he mumbled.

"So did you and her have a thing or not?"

"No baby, she stalked me after you left, kept snapchatting me, showed up at places where I was, tried to dm me on Instagram and showed up randomly at my place"

He put his hand on my cheek and made me look at him. "But I promise you, I never ever did something with her"

"Good baby" I smiled, pecked his lips a couple of times.

And then there was a the moment I was dreading. I received the email with the results today.
They normally send it by post to your address but because we're away most of the time, they also agreed on sending it by email.

I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and looked at Lando. "I received the email"

His eyes widened a little, he knew immediately what email I was talking about. "Did you check it yet?"

"No, I wanted to do it with you" I said as I sat up and handed him my phone. "Can you check it?"

"Okay" he said, grabbed my phone while sitting up straight.

I toon him a while to go through it all, but then he looked up at me and I could see it in his eyes.

Elena wasn't his.

He shook his head just to confirm my fears and I couldn't help myself from crying.

He immediately pulled me in his arms, kissed the top of my head. "We knew this could happen baby, but it doesn't change a thing for me"

But it did, it so did.

Even though he said he would treat her like his daughter, I knew he would still act a little different.

I absolutely hated Jordan for this.
