Horimiya Oneshots || Miyamura centric !!

It was just a prank bro

Miyamura didn't know what he did. Hori was mad at him again. Usually he wouldn't worry about it too much. It wasn't uncommon for Hori to get mad for no reason. This time however, it was different.

She seemed more upset and he had no idea what to do. And it wasn't just Hori. It was his friends as well. They didn't straight up ignore him like Hori did. He could tell they weren't acting the same though.

They didn't joke around with him. They avoided his gaze and unless he approached them first they didn't talk to him. It was depressing really. Not to mention awkward. Sometimes they'd look at him and laugh. When he asked them what was up they simply refused to look at him and laugh more.

He put his head in his hands with a sigh. Talk about lonely. With a sigh he finally got up and pushed his chair in it was break time. He might as well try again. He walked over to the student council room where their little 'group' frequently hung out. As soon as he walks in everyone stops talking as they watch him enter.

"Hey guys." I say casually with a smile. My smile falters when no one responds.
Ishikawa clears his throat. "Hey dude." Hori and Yuki are in the corner. Their shoulders shake as they giggle about something.

"So..whatcha guys talking about?" I walk over to where Ishikawa, Sengoku and Iura were standing. "Ah..just y'know stuff!" Sengoku speaks quickly. He seems nervous. Iura and Ishikawa gave him a look.

"We were just talking about the next math test." Ishikawa explains and Iura nods along. "Yeah! And you know us..we really gotta go study now!"
Iura drags Ishikawa and Sengoku out of the room. "Wait...I'll come with..." My voice drags off and I feel a little embarrassed of myself. "Or not.."

I look around the room. It seems the girls and Yanagi had all left when we were talking. I stare at the empty room a bit saddened. Why were they all... Miyamura sighs. Did he do something wrong? He tugged at his earrings slightly.

Yuki burst out laughing again as they left the room. Hori, Remi, Sakura and Yanagi were with her as they headed to the cafeteria.
"Did you see his face?" She laughed. The other girls giggled along with her.

"I felt kind of bad for him." Yanagi admitted. Remi smiled up at him. "It's just a joke! Remi is sure Miyamura will understand!"

"Yeah Izumi's fine.." Hori agreed with a smile. "Besides we'll tell him it's only a prank on Friday."

"Hori is his girlfriend. I'm sure if Hori thinks it's okay he'll be fine." Sakura smiles at him. Yanagi nods. "If you guys are sure.."

A few minutes later the boys excluding Miyamura join them in the cafeteria. They all look nervous.
"You guys just left us?!" Sengoku asks. Hori shrugs.

"You guys were doing just fine." Hori rolls her eyes. "Besides Miyamura is super gullible. You could tell him pretty much anything and he'd believe it."

"How did you guys get out of it?" Yuki wonders aloud. Her sleeves hang over her hands as usual.
"We told him that we were going to study for our maths test." Iura tells them proudly.

"Aw he's never gonna believe that! You guys studying? As if." Hori groans facepalming. The others watch amused.

"Hey! What's that supposed to be mean?"
Hori's about to retort back when they hear Miaymuras voice. He's talking to the lunch lady.

"Duck!" Ishikawa whisper yells. They all clumsily shove themselves under the table. "Ow, who's sitting on my leg?" Someone whispers.

"Shhh!" They watch Miyamura from underneath the table. They see him get a chocolate milk carton instead of an actual lunch. He looks around as if searching for someone he knows.
