Grebing Island, a beautiful island located in the East Blue, is home to exotic plants and animals. The island however has incredibly few habitants due to its extreme weather. One of these natives is a girl called Raena.

Raena is a spirited and high strung seven year old with the hopes and dreams of seeing the world and becoming a treasure hunter. That is until they infiltrated her home.

Raena tucks a piece of her vibrant red hair behind her ear, her dirty fingers smudging mud onto her tanned skin. She returns her hand back to the soil, where she continues digging until she finds what she was looking for. She smiles gleefully, standing quickly and sprinting towards the opposite side of the island where her small home is located.

"Mommy, mommy!" She shouts as she bursts through the door to the shack that she called home. "Look what I found, its' treasure!"

"Treasure, you say?" Raena's mother, Siraya, questions, her dull red hair gleaming in the sunlight that leaks through the various windows. Raena and her mother look eerily similar, so much to the point that when her father was alive, he used to say that Raena is a carbon copy of her mother.

"Mhm! Cas and I found this pirate map in a shop and we wanted to see where it led to. I found this!" Raena shoves the object she found in the dirt into her mothers' hands. The woman turns the rigid orb around in her hands, a soft azure glow radiating from it.

"Speaking of Caspian," Siraya pauses as she returns the "treasure" to Raena's awaiting fingers. "Where is your older brother?"

Raena grunts and twists her toes on the ground with her hands behind her back. "He told me that the treasure is fake so I left to prove him wrong. Haven't seen him since."

Siraya chuckles, placing her hand on the little girls head. "Come on, let's go find him. It's almost time for lunch." The woman links her hand with the girls free one, her other still tightly gripping the blue sphere that she found, and the two exit the shack to find Caspian.

Heading towards the center of the jungle, where the town of Grebing is located, the two search for Caspian.

"I think I know where he might be." Siraya pulls Raena in the direction of the bookstore, lightly pushing the door open. A ringing sounds as the door opens, the bell at the top of the door jingling.

"Caspian? Where are you?" Siraya calls out and turns her attention to the book-keeper, Sai, who gestures to the back of the store where the boy is supposedly located. Siraya nods in thanks, and the two make their way through the book shelves. Raena releases her mothers' hand to run up to the dark haired boy with his back turned to them. She jumps on her brothers back, craning her neck over his shoulder to look at what he is reading.

"Whatcha doin' Cassy?" Raena cheekily smiles as she sees her brother frantically shut the book he was reading on different maps of the world.

"Raena! Let go of me!" Caspian shoves her off his shoulders, rushing to turn around. The nine year old boy clutches the bulky book tightly in arms, pushing his round glasses up the bridge of his freckled covered nose. "And I was just reading!"

Siraya smiles at her son, "Studying up on those maps again?"

"I have to! If I want to be a pirate someday, I have to know where to go!"

"A pirate!" Raena exclaims, jumping up and down. "Can I come to! I could be the coolest treasure hunter and find more stuff like this!" She holds the blue stone in both her hands and shoves it into Caspian's face.
