Fourth had always been the quiet one, the boy who preferred the company of his books and the solace of the library to the noise and chaos of the schoolyard. His small, delicate frame and wide, innocent eyes made him an easy target, and he knew it. He was used to the teasing, the occasional shove in the hallway, or the whispers behind his back. But it was Gemini who took it to another level.

Gemini was everything Fourth was not—tall, handsome, confident. His presence commanded attention, and wherever he went, people either admired or feared him. He was the star of the school, the one everyone looked up to, and he knew it. But beneath that charming smile, there was a darker side, a side that found twisted amusement in picking on those who were weaker, smaller, more vulnerable. And Fourth, with his petite stature and shy demeanor, was the perfect target.

It started out small, with Gemini casually bumping into Fourth in the hallway, making him drop his books. He would laugh it off, a grin on his face as he watched Fourth scramble to pick up his belongings, cheeks flushed with embarrassment. But over time, the bullying escalated.

One day, during lunch, Fourth sat alone at his usual table, quietly eating his meal and trying to go unnoticed. The cafeteria was loud, filled with the chatter of students, and he kept his head down, hoping to blend in. But then, he heard it—the unmistakable sound of Gemini's voice.

"Hey, Fourth!" Gemini called out, his voice carrying across the room. The entire cafeteria seemed to go silent as everyone turned to watch.

Fourth's heart sank. He didn't want to look up, but he knew he had to. Slowly, he raised his eyes, finding Gemini standing across the room, a mischievous smirk on his face.

"Why are you always sitting by yourself?" Gemini asked, his tone mocking. "Don't you have any friends?"

Fourth swallowed hard, his hands trembling slightly as he gripped his tray. "I... I just like to be alone," he mumbled, hoping it would be enough to make Gemini leave him alone.

But Gemini wasn't done. He walked over to Fourth's table, his tall figure looming over the smaller boy. "Alone, huh? That's pretty sad, Fourth. Maybe I should keep you company."

Fourth's eyes widened, panic rising in his chest. "No, it's okay... I'm fine, really."

Gemini ignored him, sitting down across from him and leaning in close. "You know, Fourth," he began, his voice low and smooth, "you're kind of cute. Like a little doll."

Fourth's face turned bright red, and he quickly looked away, his heart pounding in his chest. He didn't like the way Gemini was looking at him, like he was some kind of toy to be played with.

Gemini reached out, brushing a strand of Fourth's hair behind his ear. The touch was light, almost gentle, but it sent a shiver down Fourth's spine. "You know what I think?" Gemini continued, his voice dripping with false sweetness. "I think you're too cute to be left all alone. Maybe I should take care of you."

Fourth's breath hitched, and he tried to pull away, but Gemini's hand moved to his chin, tilting his face up to meet his gaze. "What's the matter, Fourth? Don't you like the attention?"

Fourth's eyes were wide with fear, his mind racing for a way out. "Please, just leave me alone," he whispered, his voice barely audible.

Gemini chuckled, releasing Fourth's chin and leaning back in his chair. "Alright, alright. No need to get all scared. I was just having a little fun."

But the words felt hollow to Fourth. There was something in the way Gemini looked at him, something that made him feel exposed, vulnerable, and powerless. And it terrified him.

As the days passed, Gemini's teasing became a regular occurrence. He would find any excuse to corner Fourth, to invade his personal space, to make him feel small and insignificant. Sometimes it was a passing comment about his size, sometimes it was a touch that lingered too long, but always, it was laced with that same undercurrent of something darker.

Fourth tried to avoid him, to keep his distance, but Gemini seemed to have a sixth sense for when Fourth was alone, when he was most vulnerable. And each time, he would push the boundaries a little further, testing how much Fourth would take before he broke.

One afternoon, after the last bell had rung, Fourth was heading to his locker to grab his things when he felt a presence behind him. He didn't need to turn around to know who it was.

"Hey there, Fourth," Gemini's voice was soft, almost teasing. "Heading home already?"

Fourth didn't respond, his hands shaking as he fumbled with his locker combination. He just wanted to get out of there, to be anywhere but near Gemini.

But Gemini wasn't going to let him go that easily. He leaned in close, his breath warm against Fourth's ear. "You know, I've been thinking about you a lot lately."

Fourth's heart skipped a beat, and he stiffened, fear gripping him. "Please, just leave me alone," he whispered, his voice trembling.

But Gemini ignored his plea, his hand resting on Fourth's shoulder, keeping him in place. "Why are you always so nervous around me, Fourth? Don't you trust me?"

Fourth squeezed his eyes shut, willing himself not to cry. He didn't trust Gemini—how could he? But he was too scared to say it out loud.

Gemini's grip tightened, and he turned Fourth around to face him, his expression serious. "You know, Fourth, I could be really good to you. You just have to stop being so scared all the time."

Fourth looked up at him, his eyes pleading. "I don't want this, Gemini. Please, just stop."

For a moment, something flashed in Gemini's eyes—something that looked almost like regret. But then it was gone, replaced by that same predatory smile. "Fine," he said, releasing Fourth and stepping back. "But remember, Fourth, you can't hide from me forever."

Fourth nodded quickly, grabbing his bag and bolting down the hallway, his heart racing as he tried to escape the suffocating presence of Gemini. But even as he ran, he knew the fear wouldn't leave him. It was a constant, gnawing at him from the inside, making him dread every day he had to face at school.

He didn't know how to stop it, didn't know how to stand up to Gemini. All he could do was hope that one day, Gemini would lose interest, that he would find someone else to torment. But deep down, Fourth knew that as long as he remained the shy, small boy in the shadows, Gemini would always be there, waiting to strike. And that thought terrified him more than anything.
